My kids had a blast, I enjoyed the museum, but we went for a birthday party and it ended with one of the employees yelling and calling the mother of the birthday girl a B*h. The whole group was in shock over the way the employee yelled at her and reacted to her attempts to quickly clean up and leave after a misunderstanding about the time we were supposed to clean up and be out of the room. Thankfully the kids were all out of the room. I had witnessed this same staff member yell at kids to quite down and they were being too loud earlier. At the time I found it a little odd but brushed it off thinking she was just the type of person who has a loud voice and may have just sounded like yelling when it wasn't. After watching the way she spoke to my friend I realized I was wrong giving her the benefit of the doubt. There is never any excuse for an employee to treat guests like that in any setting, but it was that much more troubling that it came from someone working at a children's museum. Read moreMe and a friend drove an hour and a half to experience the museum. We are both teenagers. And we love the play area in the aquarium so wanted to go and do this. We get to the front desk and the front desk lady LAUGHS AT US then says adults can’t go in. When we are very much not adults. Then continues to charges us for both the Judy garland and the museum after she said we can’t go to the children’s museum. The sign outside says FOR ALL AGES. Sure maybe small children come more often but that doesn’t mean you can’t just deny older kids then still charge us for it. Specially when there is no age limit posted anywhere. Ruined...

I was very impressed at the variety of interactive experience stations. Also impressed at how clean and orderly it was. Nice touch to request the kids wash their hands before they enter.
