Terra Reflections — Local services in Grand Rapids

I love everything this place sells. I went in here with my wife and was fascinated by all of the dragon items. A large dragon wrapped around a volcano caught my eye on one of the very top shelves. I carefully removed it to get a better look and without my knowledge the top of the volcano came right off and shattered on the ground. There was absolutely no indication or warning that the volcano top came off and this was actually an insense burner. Unfortunately I always feel like doing the right thing so we shelled out almost $150 for this thing without even questioning it. I still can’t help but feel I got a bit robbed because of their lack of information on their top shelf items and am super upset about it. Oh well, great store but hopefully they have notes on their items like that next...

Customer service is a 0. Whatever lady was working there was -incredibly- rude, so don't go in there expecting to be treated like a paying customer.. Even if you do make a purchase.

Upon entering I was SO excited and expecting to have a rather large total... Interacting with this employee made me feel unwelcome, and like an inconvenience. I want to return the small purchase I did end up making because it was such a distasteful experience. Incredibly disappointed. Definitely just lost someone who would have easily been a frequently returning customer. For a place that seems to be all about "good vibes" you'd think they'd be more respectful to...

I have read some hateful replies and I must say that the attitude you give is the attitude you get, Read some people saying that they can’t bring the drinks in and that makes them upset, there have been many spill. That is why you’re not allowed to bring it in. Also, they have to keep a watch on you, because there has been a history of individuals stealing from this particular shop. All in all I regular this shop and I love EVERYONE HERE. All the increase, sage, herbs and crystals, FANTASTIC.

Ps:For people getting upset that it revolves around “Evil crafts” it is a spiritual shop.
