Kids work here. They’re not going to be perfect. Just don’t tip them, if they let you down a little. My word, they’re making coffee, not operating on your last working kidney. You should expect coffee and nothing more. The coffee is good. And 9/10 times, they are always smiling. The speaker box is too quiet and the employees clearly have trouble hearing customers. This is problematic, every visit. This needs to change. Your new equipment should work well. Fix this soon. And supply chain is no excuse. There is a store across the street and down the road where you can by advanced technology, such as a speaker and mic. And no, cranking headset volume is not the solution. Every time someone rolls up missing a muffler, your staff shouldn’t have to bleed from their ears, sacrificing their hearing for life, at the low wage you pay them. Fix your tech. Electric microphones and loud speakers were invented in 1876. You lack reason to neglect your very basic technology. Fix it for your consumers and...
Read moreMy experience there is not very good. I went through the drive-through today and place my order couldn’t really hear what he was saying because of the traffic. I placed my order then and was driving away and the man had said I did not like her energy. So I drove up to the window and asked to talk to the man that took my order. Before I paid. I had asked the man did you say you did not like her energy when I drove away or you talking about me. He had said yes I did say that I am so sorry. So I drove off without getting my drinks without paying for them because I was upset. I drove to target and went to that Starbucks. The worker there had told me that we were not the first people today to say how rude those workers were today. So in my experience I will no longer be going there and I will be going to the one in target. One more thing whoever built that Starbucks why would you put a drive-through by the highway you cannot hear very well. Zero out of 10 do...
Read moreI want to give the staff and product a 5-star review, but Starbucks itself a 1-star. Starbucks is neglecting the staffing needs of its workers at this location (and probably everywhere). I’ve visited several times, and the employees are always scrambling to get the drinks made in a timely manner. Y’all have a net worth of nearly $53 billion - there’s no excuse to expect stores to run short staffed. Whatever you’re paying your employees, it’s not enough, especially if you’re giving them too few hours to make a living. Why would anybody want to work here when they’d almost certainly have to work at least one other job to make ends meet? I can tell you this: I won’t be patronizing this shop until staffing has improved because the employees don’t deserve this level of neglect, and I will not contribute to their already stressful job duties by being the 16th...
