Target — Local services in Grand Rapids

I have shopped in this store for years and never had a problem but what I have seen in the last year has been absolutely disgusting. Management is unbelievably rude and unprofessional. I have seen them scream at their employees in the middle of the store and that definitely makes me and my family uncomfortable. It's not fun trying to explain to my 6 year old son why there is yelling in the store. A couple months back I even saw a pregnant woman cleaning up a spill on her hands and knees while multiple other staff just walked on by including 2 managers I heard crack jokes at her. I'm not sure if it's new management or what but the store is filthy, you can not walk anywhere without running into carts full of merchandise. You also cant go down an isle with employees in it because all you hear about is how much they hate their jobs. I miss the old target, not...

I have never in my entire life been treated so rudely. As I was walking into the store the greeter stepped in front of me and wouldn't let me walk past because mask wasn't "fully on"...I had it over my face and was looping it around my ear. I am all for wearing a mask but found it wildly upsetting that this woman felt ok to physically impose herself on me. I understand that people have to wear masks and was in the process of putting it on but because I was in the process of looping it as I walked in, regardless of the fact that it was covering my face and mouth, somehow it's ok for her to physically confront me. That aside as the worker was "cleaning" the carts she touched her face and then the carts multiple times which contaminates the carts....very frustrating and frankly hurtful to be treated like an...

Used to love target but now I'm just uncomfortable. The older lady I didnt catch her name but she was short with glasses in her head. She was standing by the checklanes and spent more time talking to other coworkers about drama and I overheard her saying terrible things about other people who I assume she works with. I'm absolutely disgusted. Who wants to shop in a store that's employees would rather gossip than do their jobs. Walmart isnt great but at least I've never witnessed this type of behavior.
