Place is good, owner is friendly. But whatever the other guy is he needs to take a chill. Have to teach him how to treat customers and how to listen to them I just jump of having them interrupt them if that's something you can't do then quit. As a landscaper I do appreciate your discounts as a business owner myself you have to improve customer service. I understand and make it frustrating at times but if you're having a bad day go home don't work don't assist people you can't take the pressure and be friendly and don't work. I deal with customers, people all the time and I know how to treat them well. no matter what I'm going through or how I feel that doesn't matter. Always highly knowledgeable, accommodating, friendly without gushing service.
