Precook food is pretty good. Pho used to be pretty good, but I recently I experience some bad meatballs in my pho. It taste and smells like meat balls that is left in the freezer for years with freezer burn. I also noticed the pho and meat amount has been reduced too. I don't mind spend a little more, but the quality and quantity of food have to match the price.

My recommendation is always taste a sample of whatever you cook before selling it to the customer. Also weight your food so every dish can be consistent every time.

For example: the container for the shrimp can be packed tight for more shrimps or packed loosely for less shrimp, but yet you have the costumers pay the same price. If you sell by weight you have to weight it. If by quantity then you have to count, but not by volume because it's not accurate.

Don't look as a negative, it is meant to help the store improve so I can keep coming back to good quality food and services. Just try to be as fair...

Always check your receipts. This has happened to me and my parents a couple of times where we were overcharged. They are not customer friendly and will argue with you. If you’re going to buy the food from the deli, please triple check it. On numerous occasions I’ve bought spoiled food that I’ve had to return. When the daughter is there she’ll gladly refund you. When it’s the older folks they’ll cringe at you and sometimes even question the validity. I try to avoid this store at all cost. Hours listed on door for Wednesday, 8:30 am-7 pm. Tell me why then, when I got there at 5:15 pm, it was closed!! I drove across town to this store, yet it was closed before its regular hours, not even posting a sign telling why! Horrible service! Never stopping here again. Woodmans will be getting my money!
