Time after time, I receive superior customer care.

I have consistently utilized Camera Corner for updates, diagnostics, and repairs on my IPhone, Mac Pro. I have purchased many new Apple products from Camera Corner with ease as the teams are so knowledgeable about the interplay between Apple products.

Currently, my iPhone became jammed and was unworkable. Eric Market, Apple Technology Representative, at Camera Corner, had me bring in my IPhone the same day and he ordered the part from Apple next day delivery. Eric knew I needed my phone back as it was my main form of communication. Eric and his tech team stayed until 6:00 pm to get my phone fixed SAME DAY. It was a complex diagnostic issue. It was amazing! Eric was restless in getting my iPhone operational. He stayed until he got it working long after the store closed.

Additionally, I needed some accessories for safely and better accessibility, Jason and Nate worked with me for hours and helped install my new finds, again staying late.

The next day, I received a personal voice message from Mr. Chernick thanking me for my business. I came in today (Saturday) frustrated and confused after competing an update on my Mac last night, to find that every internet site that I tried to open, would not pull up. I, too, like the rest of the world rely heavily on my technology to complete my job. (I'm a teacher.) I came in, entered Camera Corner, here in Green Bay, to find the most pleasant, kind, and helpful people in this establishment. I have received by far the best customer service of my lifetime. Raedene and Steve went above and beyond to help create beautiful canvases from my late brother's photos. I am very technically challenged, and without their help this would not have been possible. They assisted in every aspect, from helping transfer the photos from his ipad, to creating beautiful works of art that we can now forever display in his memory. They took the time to listen to what we wanted, and did what was necessary to ensure we got just that.
