Not a good stay. Went out to GB for a game, and have to say that this was by far the worst part. We got to the room and immediately noticed that the room had an odor.... a funk. It smelled like something rotten. We went out to grab food and stopped at the desk to let them know about it. She assured us that someone would take care of it. The next day, we went out and about for the late morning and afternoon. When we returned about four hours later, our room had not been cleaned or remade. A short time later, we left again to head to the game (Go Pack). When we came back to our room hours later, we found our door open/ajar, with the deadbolt out, which had to be done from the inside. Thankfully, we had our valuables with us and nothing had been taken. I went down to the desk to complain (now about midnight) and the girl at the counter seemed genuinely surprised. Our room had still not been made, and it still smelled. As I complained, she told me that there was no record of anyone being in our room for any reason. She assured us we would get a call from someone to at least apologize, which never came either.
The door issue was never explained or addressed. The room was never made. The smell was never addressed.
The staff was pleasant The bathroom was clean The location was about 15 minutes by shuttle from the stadium. There are places to eat within...

My room was not ready at the check--in time of 3pm. My room became ready only around 5.30pm local time, so I had to wait with my wife, my 2 kids outside for 2.5 hours! Both elevators in the hotel broke down on second day of my stay. I had returned from a long drive tired with my family back to the hotel and was forced to carry my daughter in my arms, our luggage, the stroller along with a tired family up 4 floors to my room! On day 2, 3 and day 4 of our stay, the hotel did not serve any coffee, hot water for tea, oatmeal, breakfast bars, bagels and other items during breakfast. The staff said they "ran out" of all items and will not receive replenishments for at least 1 week! The garbage bins on the floor lobby near the elevator were not cleared for 3 days. The entire floor stunk of rotting food and other garbage! The entire hotel is unkempt, there are spider webs all over the windows inside and outside, on the walls and everywhere. There is no washer or dryer in the hotel. Not only does the staff manage the property very poorly, but they are also unapologetic about all the issues.
Never have I ever stayed in a place this poorly managed and really hurting the...
Read moreThis is an average hotel. The rooms are somewhat worn. The doors to the rooms appear quite beaten up. The carpet squares have been replaced in spots and are not flush. In the hallway there is one carpet square that is taped down with box sealing tape.||I was upgraded to a corner room which sounded great. However I had to change rooms as the TV in the living area couldn't get a signal, and as one other guest mentioned, the AC in the living area sounded like a jack hammer. Room 725. Kind of frustrating to change rooms when I checked in at midnight.||Other issues:|Night shift receptionist religiously put up a sign on the front desk that 'they were away at the moment'. Turns out he was in the back office and would surface after 5 minutes or so of me waiting patiently.|Parking fee of $8 plus surcharges. Not a lot, but co-workers have been staying here in the past and there did not used to be a parking fee.|Generally worn rooms and carpet.|Parking was tight. I arrived to the hotel late in the evenings and would not be able to get a covered spot.||Would I stay here again? Yes, I would if there weren't better options. So far, the Residence Inn near downtown is...
