The Barrel Haus at Badger State Brewing — Attraction in Green Bay

We got married at The Barrel Haus at Badger State Brewing in March 2025 and couldn’t have been happier with our experience!

We’ve been BSB fans for years — it’s where we’ve gone for date nights and drinks since we first started dating — so it felt extra special to get married at a place that already meant so much to us. The vibe is unmatched: warm, rustic, boho, yet classic all at once.

From the very beginning, Julie (their events coordinator) was absolutely incredible to work with. Communication was clear, they were super flexible with our unique requests, and the organization behind planning a 150-person wedding was so seamless.

The staff truly went above and beyond — our guests kept complimenting how friendly and kind the beertenders were! Tables and chairs were included (with upgrade options if desired), and they generously upgraded our head table to farmhouse tables at no extra charge, which looked stunning. They also handled flipping the space from ceremony to reception effortlessly. We had access to the private “red room” beforehand, which was perfect for hiding out and storing items.

The only thing we had hoped for (and totally understand was out of their control) was the bridal getting-ready room, which was still under construction. We had been told in late 2023 it might be ready by our wedding, but it wasn’t. That said, we got ready in a beautiful penthouse suite next door at the Legacy Hotel — so it all worked out just fine!

If you're considering this venue: do it. Not only is it right near Lambeau Field (great for out-of-town guests!), but the beer is brewed onsite, the aesthetic is beautiful, and the team truly makes you feel like your wedding day matters. We’ll always look back on ours with so much love...

My husband and I could not be more happy with choosing The Barrel Haus for both our ceremony and reception. Julie and her team were excellent to work with, and the space was beautiful and exactly what we were looking for. It is unique and didn’t require any extravagant decorating it to make it exactly what we want- which was a plus for us. Our ceremony was supposed to be outside in the garden, but our wedding ended up being on one of the hottest days this summer. Therefore, we choose to move it inside. This wasn’t ideal, but the ceremony was still all we could’ve dreamed of, and the team working our wedding day was excellent and had a quick turnaround from the ceremony to the reception. Another great part was that Julie and her team did all the communicating/working with the different vendors, which took the stress off of us. My husband and I cannot say enough about Barrel Haus as a wedding venue. From the beginning of planning to a couple weeks after the wedding day, they were fantastic to work with. Julie, their coordinator is so organized and responds very quickly to questions! The space both inside and outside is absolutely beautiful! We very last minute moved our ceremony indoors due to a storm coming in and the staff immediately jumped into getting everything set up in a matter of a couple minutes.
