If I could give this hotel zero stars I would! Everything about it was horrendous. I stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn hotel in Greenbay Wisconsin from for my sisters wedding and it was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. From trouble with the wedding party and our family not being able to book as they would only block off 5 rooms at a time and then wanted us to call to ask for five more daily when it would fill up, the pool being closed during our stay(which we were not made aware of until the week of arrival), breakfast not available on Sunday due to the cook “calling in sick”, to the hotel staff putting a $250 “pet disturbance fee” on my room without my consent or permission. The hotel called me on Friday night as we were out greeting our family that our dog was in the room barking. I immediately came back and evaluated the situation. He was not barking when I arrived but I did call back and apologize if he was. They then told me they were going to charge me $250 which is outrageous. We then asked our neighbor in room 405 the next morning if she heard any barking and she said no not from our room but from room 403 which was a large German shepherd dog. She also made us aware there was another smaller dog barking across from her or next to the large dog barking. If these dogs were barking that could have triggered our dog to bark back but he is a quiet dog that does not bark often. Which again, we handled as soon as we spoke to the front desk and we were back within minutes. We also removed our dog from the room and took him to my sisters house so he did not spend the weekend at the hotel. The next night on Saturday at 12:19am I was again called from the front desk as they believed my dog was barking but he was not even at the hotel anymore and we were sleeping. This leads me to believe my dog was never barking in the first place as they don’t seem to even investigate the matter they just called me and charged me. This is extremely unfair to do to a guest especially when it’s been nothing but trouble from beginning to end with this hotel. I will never stay at a Hilton hotel again. They never refunded the $250 pet fee or tried to come to a resolution for all the trouble on their end as well. Very unprofessional. They also gave us the run around when trying to speak to a manager about the situation. At check out they told us the manger would be in later then told us to call at a specific time in late afternoon, then when we did that they told us to call again tomorrow then the next day. Terrible management, stay anywhere but here especially if it’s for a...

edit to reply* I did contact the hotel directly on multiple occasions and corporate as well and they had told me they were leaving the fee on there. So unfortunately your hotel was no help in...
Read moreFirst of all, I appreciate all the precautions taken in the current climate, the staff were taking every precaution and several services were adequately prepared.
The room was good, easily the highlight was the shower head, one of the best showers I've had in a hotel room in years, maybe decades. The beds were comfortable, though they lacked a good pillow; most of my group brought their own, so it wasn't much of an issue. The biggest knock against it was how flimsy the office table was (which I used a lot), which rocked and always felt like if I were to put any weight on it, it would collapse. I also had a minor issue with the lamp, but it was fixed.
The pool was enjoyable and the hot tub was of great use when we could use it, as there was a limit to the number of people and none of my party wanted to share the pool in the era of COVID.
Breakfast was surprisingly good and exceeded my expectations, though on our first day I missed it because the clerk at check in gave me the wrong end time for the day and I had slept in a bit.
Check-out was super easy and contact free.
If you're in for the Packers, it's everything you'd want, easy walking distance to the stadium, on the lane with Packers landmarks and plenty to see and do around the area. If you're not, beware of staying here on Game Days, tailgating in the parking lot and being close to the stadium in a fan town, you may want to exercise discretion on when you go and where you go...
