Never in my life have I been so angry. The people are ignorant. The girl on duty tonight was beyond what is even remotely close to acceptable as a liaison to a business. I ordered 15 wings and an order a french fries as a treat to myself and my wife who is handicapped. When the delivery driver got here my order was almost $100 that they charged to my card for five orders of wings and whatever else was convenient. I told the delivery driver absolutely not. Their solution was give me one of the orders of wings and the fries. I called back to make sure that my card would not be charged, and the IGNORANT woman basically yelled at me and said to have patience that her manager... When he has time... Would fix it. She also told me that she talked to me earlier... She promised to call back and I never got nothing and that's why I called them back. Not to say for the fact that I asked for my wings well done. The wings they left were barely cooked and inedible. I have a wife who is dying from an illness, and I also have three young boys and it is one week before Christmas. The fact that they charged my card $100 for 15 undercooked wings and an order of fries is beyond reprehensible. This will be carried further. The attitude of the woman on the phone was horrifying. Read moreWe placed an order for some food from here on a Saturday night, and when we placed the order on their website, we chose curbside pickup. I arrived right on time for the pick-up, checked in and a message populated that told me “thanks for checking in someone will bring your food out to you shortly” 20+ minutes go by and no one comes out so I gave them a call and the person that answers tells me that after 9pm they don’t have anyone to bring out food, so I will need to come in and get it. I totally understand being understaffed or not having anyone to run food out, but I would hope that once they got the notification that someone is there to pick up their food, they would give that person a call and say hey we need you to come get it, instead of just letting me sit there until enough time passed that I figured they weren’t coming out. At that point our food was cold, and nobody even offered an apology for the lack of communication. Even just putting a clear message on their website that states that curbside pickup is not an option after a certain time would be a good idea. Read moreExtremely disappointed in the service tonight, the worst I've had in some time. My past 2 visits I've had a great bartender, a tall male with brown hair. Tonight, arriving at 7:48 pm, my guest and I sat outside. I cleaned off the table we sat at, brought glasses to the bar. No one approached us for 10 minutes. I went inside to grab us beers while waiting, they approached me like I was an inconvenience. After pouring me 2 beers, I asked whether I should put a food order in at the bar or on the patio and the bartender said a server would be over. The bartender then told a female server and pointed at me, then the server made a snarky comment (the server who looked like they just rolled out of bed with pink crocs on, being a health code). After being pointed out by the bartender the server completely ignored us, she proceeded to wait on two tables right next to us for 10 more minutes while we watched other tables being greeted. Since the service was poor outside, we moved to the bar and it didn't get any better. While sitting and waiting patiently at the bar for 20 more minutes, of the two female bartenders not a single one approached us, even to ask if we wanted food.
