Wow! What a delight. Parking was right by the lake as I chose to do the shorter hike with a steeper incline. I hiked up the day before my sunrise show to scout out the area. After parking, I walked around the one home and the trail/road was to the right. There are stone columns and a gate. Walking around the gate, the road is well lit and maintained. The experience is enlightening and surreal. The seats are heated, but while the roof is open it can get a little chilly on the toes. A blanket and small pillow along with a long jacket worked well. The staff are friendly and helpful. The picnic area, town views, and contemporary bathrooms are a highlight to the journey. I recommend this to anyone who appreciates art, meditation, hiking and an unique experience in...

Read moreTrail to the Skyspace is hard to find. I recommend walking up the ATV path. Once on that dirt road there are a bunch of signs that mark the trails. I wasn’t really sure what I expected at this art piece but it was very peaceful inside. No shoes allowed in the Skyspace. Check their website for paid showtimes but the exhibit is open free to the public whenever there isn’t a show going on. The hike up wasn’t bad at all but it was slippery in some areas. There are several trails at the top that lead to overviews of the town. You will probably meet some friendly deer...
