If you book a room using a 3rd party site like Expedia or your credit card shopping portal, send an email to the hotel so they will have your email address. It makes it easier for them to email you the check-in instructions before your stay as there is no front desk or physical keys.*||||I had a delightful stay for my viewing of the Green Mountain Falls Skyspace by James Turrell exhibit. The Inn is very chic and modern. The room was clean and comfortable. The bath amenities were exceptional. There's a great hot tub on the property and robes in your room to use for the hot tub. There is also a fridge to keep food cold. I especially enjoyed the community kitchen. There was an ice maker, fridge, and helpful things you may have forgotten, like a fork and plate for your snacks. There are plenty pool towels as well. The outdoor lounge area is a great place to soak in the sun or talk to other guest who feel like chatting.||||I enjoyed opening the window in my room and letting in the fresh mountain air. Also, there is vehicle noise from the nearby highway and plane noise, I'm assuming from the Air Force Academy. Bring ear plugs. There is also a bit of light pollution that comes into the room from the outdoor light. Bring an eye mask. Neither the noise or light bothered me as I always travel with ear plugs and an eye mask. Just wanted to drop the tip. ||||The wifi is...useable. Remember, you're up in the mountains. Don't expect to have a lot of tabs open at once. Check your email once per day and then get back to enjoying the nature around you. ||||I also liked that I could walk directly from the Inn to the trailhead to visit the Green Mountain Falls Skyspace by James Turrell. I was considering booking a room in Colorado Springs and driving in for the exhibit but this was a MUCH better option. I didn't have to drive and I could walk all the way from the front door of my room to the Skyspace. This is where you want to stay if you're visiting...
Read moreMy husband and I stayed at the Little Beaver Inn. It was a beautiful room. Modern furnishings, nice comfy bed and high end toiletries. There was a hot tub right outside of our door a fire pit at the lodge, a shared fully stocked kitchen and shared living room and front deck with rocking chairs to enjoy the views. This was the perfect location for our vacation. Sitting in the middle of green Mountain Falls we were surrounded by mountains with several trail heads right outside our door to hike. We were only 15 mins away from Garden of the Gods', Manitou Springs and Pikes Peak. Terri the Inn Keeper was so friendly and made sure that we had everything that we needed. We will definitely be coming back and staying here or at one of the other properties The Outlook Lodge or The...
Read moreThis is an awesome little hotel and I honestly wish that we planned our trip to stay here longer than just one night.
I ended up booking a room here after deciding to stay somewhere closer to Pike's Peak and deciding that the hotel I was booked at was a bit over priced. It was an excellent decision to stay here.
The self check in process was easy and the rooms are modern and clean. It's an excellent value for the money. The amenities here are also excellent. We loved the fire pit.
My wife and I would love to return someday and possibly bring some friends along for a small fun trip. We will definitely be staying here again, next yo we...
