Veterans Memorial Park — Attraction in Green

Pretty basic, pretty simple. One main playstructure and it really is for 3-5 year olds. Kyle who is 2 needed a lot of assistance on many of the play features. The features were good, just above his skill level. There's a few big kid swings and 1 baby/toddler swing. There's a nice pavilion area with picnic tables and a short walking paved trail. It's definitely a veteran's memorial and tribute park with very nice memorials. Very clean, just plain and simple. We went across the street to maybe checkout the park and splashpad, but school just let out and it was packed with kids bigger than 2 yrs of age, so we didn't bother for a visit and review...

I wish that a noticed on this site as of April 23 2025 that the park play ground was closed due to maintenance. It was locked up we had three kids who had wanted to play. We will be back later in the summer. I do hope this park open. Our youngest...

The playground here is amazing. Lots of unique things for the kids to play on, and the main section is wheelchair-accessible!

Parents, you're not allowed to leave until you try the odd spinning/orbital tilted...contraption thing. You'll see...
