EuroGyro — Restaurant in Green

Friends, avoid this location in Green at all costs. The manager invited me to post about our negative experience so I’m doing so. We’ve been customers for 10 years. Tonight, after calling to let them know we were short two sandwiches that we’d paid for and were willing to come back for, we were screamed at, berated, and accused of being scammers and liars. I let him know I was on my way to collect our food. He hung up on me. When I arrived 10 minutes later at the store, I was polite, steady, and merely said I was there to pick up my two gyros that didn’t make their way into the bag. He waved his hands and yelled at me, saying “I have never made a mistake, ever. I might forget a sauce but I have NEVER made a mistake on any order! Bring me the sandwiches back and I’ll give you your money and I never want to see you again!” I explained calmly that my two daughters were consuming them, but that my husband and I needed our sandwiches. He basically threw me out of his store. I said my husband works down the street and we patronize this store frequently and have for more than a decade. The owner waved me away after just looking at me with complete contempt and anger and hatred. He seemed, to be honest, not entirely lucid. Please spread the word - we will find another Euro Gyro to patronize, but please don’t give this store...

BEWARE! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SEVICE IF YOUR ORDER IS WRONG! OWNER HUNG UP ON ME AFTER I ASKED FOR CREDIT FOR AT LEAST ALL THE DELIVERY FEES OR IN THE VERY LEAST CREDIT THE SALAD. The delivery driver DID NOT MAKE THE FOOD, NOR DID THEY PACK IT! But of course they blame the delivery person and want me to fight to get my money back from them!

I am handicapped and do not get out easy. I placed my order from the EURO GYRO WEBSITE! I paid about EXTRA TO ORDER LOCAL! I paid extra for the deliver charge! I paid a tip all in all about an extra $10 because of my health. What I ordered was correct on the receipt. My coworkers food was fine.

Mine… not even close Small Gyro salad Oil and vinegar dressing. GOT NONE Extra tomatoes. GOT NONE! NOT EVEN THE “STANDARD” AMOUNT Extra black olives …. GOT NONE! NOT EVEN THE “STANDARD” AMOUNT So I am working till 8pm and now have a dry lettuce, dry meat and cucumbers and it’s no dressing, no tzatziki sauce or nothing to eat the salad with. Called and spoke with the owner and of course everything is perfect for them. I have to clock out and lose money, leave work, drive 10 mins away and get out of my car to go in to pick up tomatoes, black olives and dressing…. And they weren’t even going to credit me...

We ran in here at the last minute to place a To go order we forgot our masks and they wouldn't provide us with one or even let us order and sit in the car. The customer service is horrible. I said White House closed early and we figured wed run in here instead and The mandate was just lifted so we didnt think itd be a big deal. We said That were sorry we are already 6 ft in front of you can we please place the order and be on our way and he said "then were closed too" "it's been in affect for a year the dollar store is right there go buy some."

You're going to make me go buy a mask to stand right where I was already standing and then he said "well be closed by the time you get back we want to go home too." Disgusting how they treat the customers they "value".

How rude now we have to try to find food before everything closes. Lost my business for good and with how much we've spent here...
