If I could give a negative star rating I would. con artists. Assured me I need to spend the money for a durable case and a liquid glass screen protector that's practically "unscratchable".. I told them I already ordered a glass cover and a case because I knew what phone I was going to buy. After spending the nearly 100$ on those things, my phone sustained a big nasty scratch on the front the second day I had it. I decided to put a glass cover on the phone so I took the case off and half the back of the phone was shattered! I didn't drop this phone. I didn't even have anything in my pockets with it. I was watching football in sweatpants all day and my phone is destroyed. I took the phone in and explained to them my brand new phone is in shambles in this supposedly indestructible stuff they insisted I buy, and they pretty much told me sorry about my luck! He wouldn't give me the name of the owner or his manager and when my wife stopped in later to attempt to get the same information, he called the cops on her. A mother with a 5 month old baby in her arms and my other 2 daughters. So here i am witb a 700$ phone thats scratched and broken and 100$ worth of protective accessories that...
Read moreHad a great experience at this location. I accidentally stumbled upon it while getting lost looking for another location because my replacement phone was broken and the phone prior; stolen. I'm still new to the area and have a difficult time getting around with out the GPS on my phone. Actually, life had been much more difficult in many aspects since losing my phone. For months I spent countless hours trying to solve this issue at multiple other locations in the area to no avail. I was almost ready to abandon my 15 years of service with Verizon altogether. During my visit to the store I was helped by a technician named Andy, who was the only technician on the floor. While helping me with my service he was able to help others simultaneously without leaving me feeling neglected or losing patience. I was extremely pleased when I left with all of my issues resolved and resulting that; I will be returning to this location again this week to purchase another new phone for the other number on my plan with confidence I will be given the service I deserve for the price I pay, not only monthly but every time I buy new phones...

Also, if you get a “thank you” card from a salesperson in this location, understand that they aren’t true thank yous, but generated names for them to send out handwritten cards. In a specific circumstance, the name on the account was not the same as the name of the person who actually bought the phone, and the handwritten note was to a person who did none of the phone transaction whatsoever. Ie; at first you get excited that a company/person takes that extra step to write a note of thanks, but then realize that they really put no thought into it and they never even thanked the person that purchased the phone. If Verizon actually reads this review, please discontinue the completely wasteful thank you cards unless you take the opportunity to check who actually is the phone user/owner. Of course, the correct info (name, etc) is in your system and it would be literally another keystroke or two to not upset that person who came to your location and spent their time and energy waiting to get their phone.
