This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Subway. The employee, Latasha, was not friendly or professional. The lettuce was brown, so we politely asked if they could get a fresher one from the back. Instead of handling the request with basic courtesy, Latasha made it seem like a huge inconvenience and responded with, “it came like this and they have to use it anyways” I work in food service as a manager, so I completely understand that these situations happen. The issue was not the lettuce, it was her tone and attitude. When I mentioned she was not being friendly, she excused her behavior by saying she was having a bad day and training two people. While I sympathize with that, it’s no excuse for providing such poor customer service. To make matters worse, I was also overcharged. When I pointed it out, she tried to argue that I wasn’t. She openly complained the entire time we were there, told us she was “having a bad day,” and took it out on me, my daughter, and the rest of my family.
On top of the terrible service, we were overcharged, and when we politely questioned it, she acted annoyed and dismissive instead of fixing the issue. She was short with my daughter and made the whole experience very uncomfortable. It was clear she had no interest in providing even basic customer service.
This is not the kind of behavior anyone should have to deal with when they’re simply trying to get a meal for their family. Based on her attitude and actions, I don’t believe Latasha should be working in a customer-facing position. Honestly, she should be terminated.

Got the food home and realized why the girl was giggling when she gave us the bag of food. Almost every sandwich just had bread, 2 slices cheese, and about 4 olives. That’s it. It had to of been a prank and that’s why she was laughing. We ordered 5 subs and a few of your foot long sides. I’ve tried calling the store since yesterday and this morning and no one answers the phone. It just rings. I spent nearly a 100 bucks to be pranked by some stoner high school kids. And it 100% was a prank. When we picked up the food at a little past 5 pm, the restaurant and parking lot were completely empty. So, to use the excuse they were busy is a lie.
