I have spent over a hundred dollars at this particular store. Recently, I ran in to purchase some earrings for an eventāsomething small that cost $7. To my amazement, when I opened the package the next day, I realized that the clasp was broken. Since I hadnāt worn them and they were faulty, I requested an exchange for a good pair.
However, the manager refused, stating that no jewelry could be returned according to the receipt. While I understand store policies, denying a return for an item that was essentially broken when sold seems unreasonable. When I explained my situation, she walked away and said, āSorry, no return; itās your fault.ā

Within 2 minutes of looking at a wig the manager interrupts my phone conversation asking if I want the wig I told her Iām not sure if I did it would be the orange they had in stock. She immediately took that package (wig in orange) and put it at her counter out of my reach. I thought nothing of this until she starts to follow me around the wig section. Iām clearly on FaceTime with my friend asking her opinion as the manager comes up saying āNo pictures no picturesā. This is just a small piece of the racist behavior I had to endure today I am VERY disappointed as a stylist and customer because this WAS my favorite beauty supply store. She clearly has no interest in being there. Asked for a bag she said I didn't when my kid also heard me say yes. I think she assumed I thought she rang the items up wrong as I was simply checking the list and canceled the order and rung the items up again for no reason asking if it was good. No one said a word to her about the amount. Not one. I'll come back because it's a nice store but someone should speak to her about her...
