White House Black Market — Attraction in Greensboro

This location is my go-to place to shop when I need an outfit for work, an event, everyday life, or even just because I feel like shopping. Every time I've gone in, I've been greeted immediately and know that the individuals in the store are there to help if needed. The Store Manager, Zara (apologies if I misspelled her name!) is incredible. She is truly amazing at her job and clearly cares about making sure that her customers feel attended to and supported during their time in the store. I know I'm paying more money there than if I was to go to another store in that area, but it's worth it for this...

Horrible and very rude employees at this place! I've spent a lot of money with this company for my wife in many different cities in North Carolina, this is beyond a doubt the worst one yet. Show some respect to your PAYING customers! Negative 10 stars! Never returning.. they better realize how fast the retail market is dropping in this country (as well as in Greensboro NC) and make some management and employee changes. They are one of the reasons Amazon is a Billion Dollar company.

Too many other clothing stores available to deal with unprofessional.....

I don’t shop at stores who don’t stand by their products. I bought a pair of jeans 3 months ago and have only worn them 3-4 times and the stitching is coming apart. I took them back to the store and explained and they said they would not accept them last 60 days. I don’t know who made the policy not to stand by your products, but you have lost a customer who will NEVER shop with you again. I’ll spend my money...
