World War Memorial Stadium — Attraction in Greensboro

Great historical stadium. I hate to see it in need of repairs. If I had the money I would buy it and turn into some sort of historic sight. I remember going to baseball games here back in the day. It truly brings back memories of a simpler time at the ball park, back when the game was the main attraction and not the booze or the fireworks....

Our son played there today and it's a stadium with a lot of history. It's pretty run down (which is the reason for the 3 star rating), but looks as though it may be slowly going through some renovations. I sure do hope so as it has...
