Northeast Shopping Center — Local services in Greensboro

I used to live close to this area. So I still go back because it feels like home. Be careful driving in the parking lot because the traffic is really crazy and there's often pan handlers. They have signs up advising people not to do it but it doesn't do any good. Lots of international people shop at Compare Foods so if you are looking for something different in terms of variety, they carry stuff like goat meat and conch flesh! I really like the staff there too! Dollar Tree, Rainbow Shoe store, Yummy Hibachi, American Deli, a nail place and a Tobacco products store that's super cheap. Walgreens drug store too. It might look sort of run down to some people...

This place is okay for a quick stop if you need something there. The good: I've never encountered anything but friendly staff in any of these stores. Sometimes this Dollar Tree has unique items I don't see in others. The bad: This shopping center is dirty, always. You're very likely to encounter a spiel of some sort, down on their luck or selling essential oils, but someone will likely be out there canvasing the customers. I love coming here to shop. It's alot of diversity and alot of things to choose from hair to shoes. Plenty of nice wigs at great prices. I get hair here for my daughter's hair and they have great specials like by BOGO. Plenty of makeup, jewelry and alot of accessories. I have been coming here for years and the owners are very nice.
