I placed a mobile order, said it would be ready in 5-7 minutes, took me 10 minutes to get through the line. When I got to the window to pick it up, they only gave me 1/4th of what I ordered, my boyfriend's milkshake. I told them I had more, showed the girl at the drive thru my receipt, she told me to pull up. No big deal. We discover the milkshake is missing the customizations. We wait 15 minutes, they send an employee out with the milkshake we've already been given, also wrong. I tell him I'm missing the rest of my food, he says something like "oh, you are?" I start to pull my receipt up, he goes back inside. We sit for a bit and no one comes back out so we circle around the building. I go to the walk up window, she tells us to go through drive thru and I explain I already did but I'm missing my food. She tells me to hang on and gets someone else, I assume a manager or an employee that's been there longer.
I tell this woman what is missing from my order and show her the receipt on my phone. She hands me the food I was missing (without my ranch or cheese sauce included) and leaves me standing there for another 5 minutes, comes back with the third wrong milkshake and shuts the window in our face. When I don't walk off she opens it back up and snaps "what else are you missing?" So I tell her I still haven't gotten my strawberry slush. She makes me one, I say thanks, she shuts the window in my face again and walks off. I didn't bother asking for my dips or the fourth remake because at that point it's a little ridiculous.
I understand they were busy, I understand things happen, I understand she could've been having a bad day. But I also work in fast food and I don't treat the rudest customers that way, much less someone who is apologetic and polite about a situation they can't help after messing up/forgetting their order twice, now three times. My manager wouldn't tolerate that. I waited 45-50 minutes for a pretzel, a slush, six jalapeno bites and a milkshake they still never got right.
I hate leaving negative reviews, if it was just a messed up milkshake I wouldn't even say anything, but with the mix of that, the attitude over something I could not help and being left outside while trying to tell an employee I didn't get 3/4ths of what I paid for... it wasn't the greatest experience. If I'm ever in town again I'll be avoiding this particular Sonic.

Read moreHorrible experience. Stopped for a quick dinner after a full day. We parked and walked to the stall on the patio to order. We pushed the famous red button and immediately heard, "Please hold" and was happy to wait. After about 5 minutes a man walked to the other stall and pushed the button. Almost immediately he was answered with, "Please hold." Several minutes later that gentleman was tired of waiting and approached the window to place his order.
We chose not to approach the window as we were trying to avoid close contact due to COVID-19. I checked our kiosk and it still had the message that someone would be with us shortly. By now 2 more had walked up to the window due to no response. So I decided to download the app. I was able to complete the download, sign up for an account, place an order for 4 people and pay, all while still waiting on our order to be taken at the stall where they said, "Hold please" when we first pressed the hold button. By now that was 30 minutes earlier.
The screen now had my name on it and said our order was "in the kitchen" which made us feel better.Within 5 minutes the screen said our order was complete and was being brought by Somora. We waited and watched....and waited but no one ever came. I decided to go to the window which I had been avoiding. I see a tray of food sitting on the counter and a young lady looking it over. Once she noticed me....she brought the tray over. The drinks had soda dripping all down the outside of the cups. I asked her to wipe the cups down then asked to speak with a manager.
The manager. This lady was rude and TOTALLY UNCONCERNED. While explaining my concerns she interrupted and said, "Let me tell you how this works." She then went on to explain that despite the app asking what stall we were at, and the screen saying our order was on the way out, that they do not being the food out and we would need to come to the window. When I objected that there is absolutely no way for a customer to know that without direction through the app, kiosk, staff, or the very least ... A few strategically placed signs - it turned into an argument. There was never an apology or even an I understand.
As if the experience were not poor enough already....we had COLD food that we waited 40 mins to get. This was our 2nd horrible experience after 8pm at this location. Unacceptable customer service no matter...
Read moreUPDATE 2/16/22 Went by the drive thru again and was served some nasty food again. I asked for 4 FRESH corn dogs and what did I get? SOGGY redipped stale corndogs that I threw away. the Route 44 Cherry limeade I got was nasty as well. There is definitely something going on with their Sprite which has been totally off tasting for awhile. I asked for extra Cherry syrup and got less. Since they changed owners this place has gone downhill. NEVER GOING AGAIN!!! This is absolutely one of the worst pathetically run late night drive thrus there is. I don't know if it is staffing issues or they just can't get their act together with the crew they have. There is no reason you have to wait almost 10 -15 minutes per car. You cannot effectively run a fast food joint with just one or two people, and I have gone by and have been told they were the only one working so the menu was limited. Why bother even staying open? Gas is expensive as it is I don't want to waste it at this place waiting in a non moving line, but trust me I was never so overjoyed to DRIVE OFF after it did move after placing my order. My God if you want to waste food like that so be it (or maybe it just sits getting old for the next order), but DON'T waste my time by your POOR INEPT service. Also I find it truly odd that the "owner" responds to say they are sorry to hear of your experience like a broken record and yet if anything was really a concern then the apparent repeated problems would be taken care of, but instead they send you to a "customer concerns" department, when they themselves need to take heed of the complaints and MANAGE their store THEMSELVES. Have THEY ever experimented going through one of THEIR drive thrus to see how they operate? I doubt it. It seems with ALL the apologies from the "owners" from previous reviews and offering "escalation" to issues to solve them, have they ever thought about offering better training to their employees or perhaps an "Undercover Boss" scenario would be in place? Escalation evidently doesn't work because new negative reviews of this location are prevalent...
