WC was very helpful and made me and my husband’s first experience buying our first mattress amazing. I’m so happy to say that we found our perfect mattress. Update— About three weeks before our 90 days warranty was up , me and my husband noticed that the bed was sinking in the middle, one morning that I woke up crying because I couldn’t take the back pain anymore and I knew that it wasn’t about getting used to the mattress. Tried returning the mattress and the process wasn’t so easy. They let us waiting for a response almost two weeks because we were out their delivery range (we picked up our mattress) due to “COVID-19” they wouldn’t let us drop it off and wanted us to pay to get it picked up. In the meantime, while we were waiting to see how the return/exchange was going to work we had to figure out a way of sleeping a little bit more comfortable and we had to put some old blankets in the middle of the mattress between the box spring and the mattress. They wanted us to pay to get the mattress picked up to be able to exchange it. Now we have a $2,700.00 mattress stuffed with old blankets. We decided to keep our $2,700.00 stuffed with old blankets mattress because we thought it was unfair to have to pay for something that it wasn’t our fault. I don't typically write reviews, but last night my fiance and I were so happy with our experience at Mattress Warehouse. We HIGHLY recommend checking this place out! Before entering the store, we were hesitant about buying a mattress, saying that we were only going to look and get ideas. But that quickly changed when we learned that the team at Mattress Warehouse (especially WC) truly had our best interests in mind! WC was able to determine exactly which type of bed suited our needs, and he showed us a wide range of options. He instructed us on what to look for, but ultimately allowed us to come to a conclusion on our own about which mattress we liked best. We never felt pressured to purchase any bed we tried. WC worked tirelessly to find us the best deal for what we wanted. At the end of the day, we walked away with our dream mattress for an absolutely unbeatable price (and believe me, I did my research). Just left the store and I am definitely leaving a happy customer!!!!! Ty made my whole experience worth while. I never knew someone would genuinely care about my sleep and not just try to sale me anything. We laid on this cool smart bed and it was able to tell us what kind of bed would best fit me and my partner based of the way we normally sleep. We answered a few questions and then boom a good handful list of beds that fit our price range appeared. All the beds listed were available at the store to try and it was such a hard decision because all the beds felt amazing and all the prices were amazing as well.
