We had such a wonderful experience purchasing a new Speed Queen washer, and it was delivered as quickly as possible, even though it was in route via shipment and not yet there. Evidently they are very popular. The warranty, made in USA and the reputation of lasting 20+ years makes it an excellent choice. All we had to decide was did we want to get the model that scrubbed harder or the one that was a bit gentler and we opted for the gentler model, which still cleans amazingly well and I love the handwashing feature too. Upon discovery that not enough of that model were sent by the Speed Queen Company, Greenville Appliance & Mattress rep Tracy, went over and above to try and see if the others receiving the ones that did arrive could wait on theirs as they were new build installs and not needed right now, but mine was a replacement and I had no washer at all and through the kindness of the other folks understanding, I was able to get a washing machine several days earlier than anticipated. Will definitely look here again for appliances and we bought a very comfortable mattress from them about 2 years ago. Local company with service after the sale....

On July 1, 2023 my refrigerator stopped working. On the 3rd, I purchased a new one and it was delivered the same day. Unfortunately, there was a mechanical issue (not GA&M's fault) so it had to be replaced it. I selected another new refrigerator, which was delivered the same day. It was damaged in shipment--not GA&M's fault. I returned to the store and was offered a third new refrigerator, which was also delivered the same day. This could have been a horrible experience but it was not. While inconvenient, I was treated professionally and courteously throughout the process. The sales and delivery staff made sure that my need for a new refrigerator was met. I could only imagine how difficult a process like this could have been had I gone to a big box or big hardware store. Dealing directly with the owner, Davis, helped make the process a positive one. The sales associate, Tracey, was most helpful. I have been a GA & M customer for 19 years and will return the next time I need to purchase an appliance or mattress. They truly walk their talk about...

It has been very frustrating dealing with Greenville Aplliance and mattress. The sales members don't seem to want to help each other out. I've had to call numerous times to ask questions...they ask who my sales person is and then say they will get back with me. Typically they never call back. I say this because regardless of my salesperson I have my Invoice number - you can help and look for that information. This has happened three or four times. Ray also said he would call me back with information pertaining to my order because my salesperson was out. He hasn't done that. Our order has come in different phases. Three appliances arrived with incorrect hardware, but not disclosed by the person I spoke with. We were never informed our fourth appliance was arriving separately. I'm not sure when our fourth appliance will arrive and no one can seem to tell me. Tracy has been great as a salesperson, and Tina has also been very helpful. Overall, I wouldn't buy...
