This location is getting a bad review bc of customer service. do not use their same day delivery!!!!!!!!! They use Uber drivers to deliver your order, which I had no idea. The Uber driver canceled my order and kept my items. Almost 200 worth of stuff. People steal and it sucks ... its nothing i could do at the moment...so i called this location, I spoke with the supervisor Rebecca. (Yes I'm name dropping) because I felt she was unprofessional. I told her the situation and it's probably bc I called 10 mins before closing, and she didn't want to deal with me. She said " well. I gave them your order, so I'm not sure what to tell you"..what supervisor even says something like that?? At least act like you care, even though you don't. Bc why should you? It's not money out of your pocket, right? As a supervisor, you are expected to show professionalism and atleast be sympathetic. You're a leader! That's what leaders do. You're a reflection of the company. She could've easily guided me to the proper steps of what to do when a situation like this happens. Not reply by saying " well , I'm not sure what to tell you". I had to keep asking questions to at least know what to do...so she mentioned to contact Uber...hell, they can't do anything. It's on SEPHORA just as much as Uber. So I had to call corporate and tell them what happened in order to recieve a refund as well as contact Uber to report the Uber driver. Just bc this company has insurance to cover stuff, doesn't give you the right to act like you could careless. Then had the nerve to say, I would be upset to..bc Uber took my food before. She only said that bc I mentioned Im upset..Girl! No one cares about your raggedy meal vs 200 worth of items. Any who. If your order gets stolen. Just call corporate people! No need to call the store, Bc the supervisor doesn't know the...
Read moreI went into this store yesterday and I found all of the employees to be rude and down right snobbish and I will Never purchase products through the Haywood Mall shop in Greenville SC ..These ladies are trying to earn a living by selling the Sephora beauty merchandise which is sad because I can guarantee that they way I was treated by the hired help yesterday Sephora would not want them as their employees or branch worker which ever they would like to be referred ..So I left this shop and went back to my all time favorite make-up chain which happens to ne Merle Norman a place that I have been shopping at for over 20 yrs.I am happy to say that I was greeted with a warm welcome even though they were slammed with customers they still took the time to greet me and make me feel welcome instead of looking at me like I was not wanted as a future customer.I have one thing to say for ALL of the Sephora sales ladies that work in the Haywood Mall and that is GROW-UP and not to always judge a potential customer on how expensive their clothing or appearance might be because even though I was dressed casually and was not wearing the most expensive brand of clothing had nothing to do with how much money that you could have earned off of a sale from me..Think ladies and remember that your not to always judge a book by its cover and if you do that then your future earnings will triple in...
Read moreI went in to make an exchange of two items I know now that Sephora can refuse if no proof of purchase (but could have been processed) which I got the items as a birthday present. However if they would have looked up my account they would have seen that I rarely do exchanges or returns. I was NOT asking for cash back or merchandise credit I just wanted to exchange both items for another and pay the difference. I feel like they could have done the exchange as a one time courtesy if they would have seen my account and past purchases. What really bothered me were two things, one my husband was telling the employee what he wanted and had pointed to it, the employee proceeded to get him the wrong item twice and told him that he asked for the item she was grabbing. He was not - she was not paying attention and was very rude. The second was when I was asking about the exchange it was a primer and a Salicylic Acid (the items I just wanted to do an exchange for) the employee rudely asked "Do you even wear makeup." I'm currently 19 weeks pregnant and this has been tough pregnancy with my acne and I have been trying to take care more of my skin. Myself of esteem has been very low so with her asking me that and being so rude about it that really made me even more self conscience and small. I hope that in the future the employee will think more carefully what comes out her mouth...
