Cocobowlz - Haywood Mall — Restaurant in Greenville

We went to the Gather Greenville location. We walked up at 4:58, just before it was closing. The window open and clearly not yet closed. When we went to tell the worker what our order is, he said, “We closed at 5:00”. At that point he closed the window...no apology, no nothing. What ABSOLUTELY HORRIFIC SERVICE!! Another family with a young girl was also in line. She was crying when he closed the window. That young teenage worker should not have that job if he needs to offer that kind of service. Soooo...

So, my dad and I went here while at the mall on Wed of this past week, and altogether, I think it was a nice experience! They didn't get our order wrong, nor were they rude. We got a bowl to share with the caramel apple topping and a pineapple mango base. It was delicious!! The atmosphere seemed a little rushed, but hey, it's the food court at the mall. Great product, really tasty bowl however customer service is HORRIBLE. Lots of teenage associates who could be taught how to be kinder and more accommodating to customers who pay 12-22$ for bowlz that are not cheap. Also the wait time is absolutely ridiculous, I ordered a bowl first and then the lady took 3 other peoples order after I placed mine and then I had to wait for each persons bowl to be made before getting my bowl in which I was first and waited over...
