The best chicken around, sometimes forgets something ordered but if it happens, even if it is 1 ranch cup, they will nicely and quickly fix your issue. Always a pleasure to have my order handled with the staff, they are professional and polite. If you don't see the issue until you get on the road or get home, you can easily report the forgotten item or if by chance hell freezes over and your server wasn't professional, it can be an easy report also. The manager will get in tough with you and find a solution for any mistakes. I ordered a 4oz ranch before with other things and the ranch was forgotten. I reported it through the "Chick-fil-a App" and within the next day I got, seriously, 6 or 7 different coupons and/or vouchers for the ranch that was forgotten, waffle fries, an ice cream cone and more. I didn't end up using them but it was just awesome to feel as I was a customer, like others, whose business is cared about.
One, not so bad but sometimes not a good thing if you're in a hurry, thing is that since these establishments are so good, the line can be ridiculously long from all the customers. I usually do curbside and skip the line, east peasy lemon squeezy. (Oh, they got lemonade if...
Read moreLast wk I made my first visit to this location and left highly displeased. I ordered a 6 count kids nugget meal. After receiving from driving thru I pulled up to check for accuracy as usual. Good thing I did. I noted the french fries were not filled and there were none in the bag. Instead of a 6 count, I received a 4 count. I drove around immediately to ask for correction. I'd been the ONLY customer since my order and served by the same employee and supervisor. However, I was asked for my receipt. Ok, protocol maybe but didn't fit! The picture of the fries is the SECOND set aka the corrected version. It is emptier than the first set. 2 nuggets were added to the original pack which would have been fair if they weren't already tiny. It would have appropriate to offer a fresh pack. This visit was less than the Chick-fil-A customer service standard and enough for me to go out of my way to the Woodruff Rd or Laurens Rd location!l when I'm in the area. The supervisor on duty was aware of the situation and bagged my items both times. She decided to communicate via a crew member and not directly with me. It was 8 and we needed to get home for hw so I could not go...
Read moreI have been going here for quite some time. Everytime I go I get a pup cup for my service dog. This time was different I was told by Philip the customer service cashier that you don't do that at this location. And that I probably get it from the "kids" that work the afternoon and that they are not allowed to do that because there is no way to charge for it Well just to enlighten Phillip we usually get it from a manager and they charge $2.00 for a side of whip cream in a cup. And it is usually the manager that does it because they know how to charge for it. Now I don't mind paying it because me being a retired military disabled vet with a service dog my dog is my family and he takes care of me. But to simply give attitude without asking the manager first and pretty much pushing the issue to embarrassment is ridiculous. I will go to Starbucks in the mall from now on for a pupichino and coffee instead of this location for lunch and a pup cup. So thank you for showing your true customer service...
