Shirin Jewelers — Attraction in Greenville

I recently visited the location wearing everyday clothes (I'm a multimillionaire) showing nothing but a cheap 20$ chain and told them I needed an appraisal on my parents (who recently passed away) jewelry. I was very suspicious when they wouldn't give me a quote but just kept asking "how much do you want for it?" And also LAUGHING that some of it happened to be fake. Finally I get an answer and the manager says 460$. The jewelry was well worth over 5k$ and he knew it. I respectfully declined and pulled up my sleeve revealing my Rolex and the script flipped! He wanted to inspect it and even sell me another one just like it! By far worst businessman I have ever seen. I had 10k cash to spend that day and all they had to do was be honest. I'm only 20 and can tell a scam when I see one!...

Purchased engagement ring and wedding bands as a set from here 5 years ago. Over the past five years diamonds continue to fall out of each piece. Usually, they replace them and have no issues. However, after this last visit I am done. I sent it in for repairs. I was told 7-10 days. It took over a month to get it back. Now today I pick up the ring it seems okay. This by far has to be the worst Jewelers ever they say they sell 10k and 14k but everything in the store is mainly 10k guys anything less than 50.0% it’s not worth it that’s another thing these guys don’t know the percentage of gold how can you run a business without knowing what you are selling how does a customer know more then you? Since when is 14k gold 75.0% gold 😂 scammers wouldn’t recommend this...
