I have to give a big shout out to ICRYO Grosse Pointe. After only 6 sessions of Wholebody Cryo Therapy, no more back spasms for which I had to take medication every afternoon and I can now make a tight fist (arthritis of my hands) easily and without stiffness and pain. An added bonus, I sleep like a baby. Cryo works for me by reducing inflammation in the body which reduces symptoms associated with that inflammation. I also use the red light therapy which has the added benefit of collagen production, improves skin texture, wrinkles and scars. I expect the benefits of RLT to show with continued use. When I first heard of iCRYO coming to the metro Detroit area, I was so excited. I signed up before it even opened. After opening, I went right away and this place exceeded every expectation I had set for it. I’ve been going for a month now and each time I fall more and more in love with it! The staff is so nice and knowledgeable of the reason behind each type of therapy. You can easily tell they all have a passion for being here. The atmosphere is clean, cozy and welcoming. They have full body red light therapy, hyperbaric chamber therapy, o-zone therapy, cryotherapy, compression therapy, chromotherapy saunas, IV therapy’s and so much more! This place is awesome! The curated set of technology to increase wellness is exceptional, from the Red Light Therapy , Infrared saunas, iCryo therapy chamber, compression therapy to the zero float bed! Not only do they have the options but the technology brands are top in the industry (that matters!)

While I haven’t used the infusions, this would be the first place I’d go when feeling signs of an ailment with the smorgasbord of infusions including vitamin C (25k and 50k mg), immunity, migraine, hangover, and a ton of wellness options!

Plus this studio is built out exquisitely with great is of space, fresh scents, clean, energizing and calming atmospheres.

The staff is well trained and super friendly!
