Update: Two managers worked with us and resolved the issue. Both managers were great and apologetic and saw the discrepancies. I ended up actually needing two free items I did not receive and was not told that by the cashier.

We came and purchased items like we do every year here. I unfortunately grabbed the wrong promotional pullover that wasn’t the same as the other pullovers I picked. I didn’t realize this error when I got to the register, so I asked the cashier if I would get that fourth item off based on the promotion. She was extremely rude and scoffed at me and said, “No. The t-shirts and pullovers are marked buy three get one and it’s clearly marked on the tables.” I told her I was confused because the tables say that you can do the promotion with different tables that share the same promotion, and again I was met with hostility. It was very confusing and we ended up having to come back because my mother had a separate transaction and ended up having one security tag left on her item, another item had a clothespin with the tag that was ripping her fabric, and another shirt had some substance that looked like blood when you unwrapped it. Went bathing suit shopping with my daughter. Staff member rude said I wasn’t allowed to help my daughter or fit my minor for swim suit. She just kept smarting off. Customer service was awful. She had six swim suits to try … yet that rep just kept saying stuff about it was their policy. I said I’m not trying on suits. I’m just helping her. She unlocked the door and stood in front of me. This was foreign lady. She said only little kids could have parents assistant. I was like she is a little kid. Smart mouth lady with attitude. Never have I ever had issues with shopping somewhere in fitting room with my daughter for bras or swim suits anywhere else. . I had no problem with only six item per person. The problem was that I’m not gonna ask my teen to come walking out of a dressing room if it doesn’t Fit properly. It was disgusting display of customer service. Plus lady kept smarting off , hateful and clearly was just taunting me. Don’t go there. Rude, hateful and doesn’t have any sense about customer service and shouldn’t be working with guests. So this is one of those stores that has an ATM machine inside. Well when I went to check out my total was close to $80.00 and they said my debit card wasn't working, which I found strange because I had just used it about 25 minutes earlier at a different souvenir store with NO problem. The cashier was new and at first couldn't apply the t shirt special buy 2 get one free (that is posted all over the store) and had to call for help.Then when the so called debit card issue occurred the cashier had to call for help again. The manager said we have an ATM in here. Well how convenient is that!! It cost me over $3.00 to use the ATM! So basically they are making more money with the ATM machine. The funniest part to me was after they stood there and watched me take the $80.00 in twenties out of their ATM machine the cashier, BLESS her Heart, checked each twenty with the magical marker to see if they were counterfeit!! Also there was a family looking at the hermit crabs. The mom asked the guy how much they cost and he said I don't know I'm new here. He never offered to go ask somebody and never tried to help...
