Big Lots — Attraction in Guntersville

I stopped by there today and when l walked in l noticed they change their checkouts by having their 3 registers side by side. Anyway l picked up a couple of things and then l approached the registers standing where l was suppose to be because of social distancing. There were 3 cashiers and one of them was ringing up a customer while the other two was just standing around having a conversation with each other l guess about men or complaining about their jobs, l don't know. But l got tired of standing at the wait station being ignored until l walked up to interrupt their conversation. The middle age blonde cashier that l walked up to her counter and she act like nothing was wrong. But as l was walking out l heard both of those same cashiers telling customers they can ring them up here. I guess l was either invisible or too well camouflage for them to see me. I hope they...

I would give zero stars if I could! I was in a few weeks ago and the cashier was vaping when I walked up to the register. She basically blew the smoke in my face. She refused to call someone to check on a price and told me that the managers were busy when I asked to speak to one. She BEGGED us to sign up for a card and told us she would be fired if she didn't get so many and it would be our fault. I reported it and nothing has been done. Well, I went back in on 9/and16 it was even worse! The female manager on duty was just sitting on the furniture playing on her phone and never offered to help anyone. Cashier was nicer this time,...

Oh my goodness what amazing service!!! Can't talk this place up enough!!! There's a certain curly headed girl who works here who is outstanding! She always leaves the shelves clean and organized and is always kind. Her presence itself is enough to cure any illness especially my herpes! We got to talking and I learned she saved 20 kittens from a burning building by nailing a triple back-flip from the third balcony! I will never shop...
