I know everyone can have a crappy day at work, so after my first bad experience here, I let it go. Prescription not ready after getting a text saying it was. The second time was UNBELIEVABLE. I waited in the drive through for over an hour. I took it as a personal challenge in my patience. I read the tech my info no less than 10-15 times. I'm newly married and between my wife's name change, insurance addresses and phone numbers holding the process up, and people honking behind me, tearing off and cussing, I had experienced the most disorganized cluster I've ever seen. I don't blame the staff necessarily. They are clearly understaffed. This kind of utter failure has to be management or systems. It was entirely horrible. Next time at drive through, I waited for 20 minutes, with only the car in front of me. I left when I heard the tech making his introduction. After picking up my child I went back to get another one of our children's medication. There was an issue with an address from 15 years ago. My Dr. said they called a script in on Saturday. Walgreens didn't have it. Lol It should be a comedy, but it's not. The photo ppl, phlebotomists, cashiers, and everything else in my experience seems normal. It's just that one thing Walgreens is supposed to do well that they desperately...
Read moreThis pharmacy lacks compassion and professionalism. They went out of their way to be unhelpful when I had a baseball size lump today. I gave my name, they ignored me until 4th request I actually didn’t know what was going on for about 8 minutes so I just left and called my doctor- when I came back she yelled if you would have waited I just got off the phone with them.. she bluntly said it will be 15 minutes. I told her I’m sure you’ll take your time I see how this is going- knowing I was In over my head LOL. We- my 4 year old and I- walked around and came back and got the amoxicillin. She then had me repeat my social 5 times and pretended to keep getting my info wrong.
It’s like they wanted to keep me there as long as possible. They laughed in my face when I left and I said excuse me, what are you laughing at??? She laughed more and was like it’s none of your business then the others laughed with her. Hmm, ok?
It was the most unprofessional group of kids I saw running a pharmacy. Now I’m extra because I’m in pain- but they were so disrespectful to me when I am on a sick bed over here and I just don’t want others to go...
Read moreQuestion for the employees of Walgreens: Are you okay?
There are never enough people working when I go. I tried to go to my scheduled vaccine appointment here, like I have for the past five years, and I ended up waiting for so long that I left and went to Costco instead. Multiple times in the past few months, I've been waiting at the register because nobody is behind the register. It never used to be this bad. Walgreens corporate, whatever you guys did or changed in the last few months has made your stores (especially this one) a complete nightmare to shop at. I live so close but I find myself driving to other places because it is no longer convenient to shop at Walgreens. It's actually the opposite. I ESPECIALLY wouldn't trust Walgreens with a prescription based on how long the pharmacy lines are. It doesn't seem like this is a problem with the people working at this location, this seems like some corporate nonsense. Whatever it is, FIX IT. And if you're reading this and wondering if you should go to this Walgreens, I...
