TLDR: Was a walk in for a haircut, was all but completely ignored while the barber chatted up his previous client for some time (10 mins) after he was finished with his cut. I walked out, because that kind of stuff is rude.
Walked in because it said they take walk ins. The two barbers had guys in the chair and there was one other person waiting. After a short while one of the barbers looked at the other and inquired about myself and the other guy sitting, which the one said was his next appt and then I said I was a walk in, to which the barber acknowledged. After a while he finished with the guy who was in his chair and they were chatting, and chatting and chatting. For at least 10 min they were just standing there talking. I was never addressed or acknowledged after the initial time. My time is valuable too, so after waiting I walked out, really disappointed in the experience. Could not even be bothered to say "hey, I will be right with you". I cannot speak to the services, may have gotten a sweet new look, now I won't know. JJ himself was so welcoming and understanding of my 3year old girl who wanted to sit in the client chairs and walk around his work space.
