DTLR — Local services in Hamden

I order sneakers on 3/13/24 in the store was told I should receive it in 3 days it’s now the 20th still no sneakers . I call the store the female who answered was rude and didn’t ask me my order number to see if they have my sneakers they gave me a number to call who was customer service they called the store as well and the same woman answered with an attitude didn’t get an order from the customer service rep and just told him they don’t have the shoes without even getting the order number . I shouldn’t have to go through all of this and over sneakers I paid for . If the employees are too incompetent to do their job they shouldn’t be taking in store orders . If I could give 0 stars I would. When you walk into the store no one greets you. While looking at shoes no one offers to get you a size. I had to physically bring the shoe to the register while 5 staff members were standing there to request the size that I needed. No one was reluctant to help me. Then I had to return the shoe I was looking for. I will not be spending anymore money at this store. Poor...
