Thief in the mix management too? I had a curbside pickup order, but I thought to myself I think I’ll go in check out what they got it’s been a minute since I’ve been inside. So I’m greeted well by the woman up front. I’m called right back assuming it’s because I have a pickup order. I get waved back but on my way walking to him I make small talk just to be social. He catches attitude with me instantly. He gives me the total of the pickup order after I just told him I came in to see what else you have available as I like to see what I’m getting. So we proceed to the floor I told him I wanted a cart and some bud top shelf. Stating I like it to be sativa, he said there are just some hybrid right here as he suggested what he would get. So we walk over to the case with the only sativa and I noticed it said 1/8 $25 if your a member and I’m like bet let’s get one of these and can I get the other one in the other case? He says you can do whatever you want. So I picked the top shelf high hybrid and the sativa in bud, the cart and a pleasantrees pipe. Thought to support them so he tells me on total then he sees I have my medical card on file but being I’m so forthcoming I told him it wasn’t valid as i had been told by a bud tender as long as my card is on file I’m good. But he says your balance will be more if you don’t show me a valid card. I thought well that’s rude why even make a big deal so then he gives my total which was $134 I give him $140 in $20 dollar bills. He gives me $6 in change. Well after paying it and going out the door I realize something is wrong he charged me $40 for the 1/8 he said was $25. So I go back in and he tells me he just gave it to me for the $25 hands me my change and says here’s the remaining balance that’s remaining I stick in my pocket. Well I had taken it out in the car and noticed it was $26 and thought oh he must have given me my discount. Wasn’t until I got home I noticed no 1/8 that he told me he gave to me for the $25 and my change is short if he lied just so I wouldn’t realize the change was wrong. That’s shady!! So I call to talk with another manager and she is justifying his actions making it like I was wrong even mentioning the first change he gave me for $6 from the change of $140 I just paid for the transaction. Like that has nothing to do with it. Not only was I treated very poorly but I was lied to and got my money stolen. I don’t live in Prudenville I live a half hour away and ordered from there because it’s been a while and I always felt like they truly cared about you as I’ve had medical before it was a big deal years because I suffer from life long illnesses But after this I told her he needs to be investigated and fired. Because he purposely told me he gave me it for the $25 so I wouldn’t question my refund. After he knew the bag was never in there. That’s wrong and bad business. They continue to cause me more money as now I have to pay for gas to go get my money that they failed to give me because the manger wasn’t honest. Not recommended as they all stand together. Especially since I explained to her what he had done she was still treating me...
Read moreI hate to even write this because I don’t even shop here frequently and from my past experience like 2-3 months ago it was alright, no complaints but TODAY.
I am writing to formally bring to your attention an incident that occurred with Jonah on 09/17/2025 while I was a customer at your business. During our interaction, he made comments that were unprofessional and left me feeling uncomfortable and unfairly singled out.
Specifically, Jonah referenced a past issue in a manner that seemed more like a reprimand than an attempt to protect company policies, which was not the impression I received. This made me feel targeted rather than respected as a customer.
As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with professionalism and courtesy which I got from the owner and from the young lady working there with him but not this time from Jonah he was fed up after I didn’t have the extra 2.50 for the atm fee and called my friends to send me 2.50, I even asked a fellow customer who was polite enough to help me, I even gave the guy back his money after not being able to use it because it was cash and not on my card. I’m always learning new things when it comes to dispensaries, I do not consume often so I don’t know the ins and outs. This type of behavior affects my experience and reflects poorly on the business.
I respectfully request that this matter be addressed promptly. Please confirm that this complaint will be documented and let me know the steps that will be taken to prevent similar situations in the future.
Thank you for your attention to this matter.
Sincerely, An optimistic customer who no longer...
Read moreI’ve been to multiple dispensaries, but I’ve made Pleasantress my go-to spot. I’m an excessively regular customer and most of the staff have gotten to know my name (which I appreciate very much!), so it’s always a warm welcome when I come through the door.
I enjoy the relaxed atmosphere inside of the building and think the organization of products is great - they have a wide selection but not so much that it feels overwhelming like other dispo I’ve been to. I particularly enjoy their new display where they showcase the various Pleasantrees buds. As a visual person, I like being able to actually see what I’m buying (particularly as a huge pre-roll fan).
I also like that I am able to buy flower from direct from the Pleasantress farm, and not some random place that I’ve never heard of. They always have a wide selection of what they’ve grown, even keeping some of the freshest buds in the store.
My main gripe is that they do not do weekly tips. I rarely have cash and being an almost daily customer, I don’t want to use the ATM each time (personal reasons why I’m not able to withdraw enough for the week once) - plus as someone who also works for tips, some days are different/better/worse than others so I personally think weekly tipping would be more fair. Plus having more full time staff would be nice (every one deserves benefits!! I’m onto you guys!!)
Thank you Pleasantrees for all that you do! I’ll be in again,...
