This was our first visit to Urban Air in Hanford. It was amazing! From the greeting at the front entrance to the knowledgeable and friendly staff walking around the trampoline arena. This park has everything to offer for all ages. My youngest which is 3 1/2 was able to enjoy the playground tubes, and most of the trampolines. My oldest really loved how they had basketball hoops to shoot the ball into in the trampoline area. They also offer zip riding, rope courses, ninja climbing, multiple rock walls, and EVEN go-karting! The prices are very reasonable and the membership prices are super cheap for families with multiple children. The food is very delicious! We ordered a large one topping pizza for under $20. We had plenty to eat and leftovers to bring home. The only thing I suggest is purchasing the ‘urban air’ brand of socks the first visit, and then bring them each time you visit the park. They do ask that you wear their grip socks versus bringing your own from a different establishment. I highly recommend checking this park out if you are in the area.

We had great time. The place can be better but overall, it’s not bad place for all ages to have fun. It can be busy sometimes and the not enough employee to watch the kids. So if you have young child, the parent should accompany them. That’s not the place for the parents to sitting down and relax.

First, the facility is clean. It maybe dark, but I have no problem to see things. It’s not a dark room. Playground is higher than dinning area, with so many kids, you will not see your kids anyway. The bathroom and dining area are clean. The employee consistently clean the table and swipe the floor. I have no problem to go to the restroom change my baby. Change table has disposable clothes as mat. Floor is dry.

Second, the food is good. The pizza is delicious, fresh and cheap. You get 50% off for basic large pizza if you are members and refill is only $1. They also give free popcorn for members. I had four membership so I alway receive 2-3 popcorn per visit which I never used them. My kids are too busy to play rather than eating popcorn. LOL They may not smile but they are friendly. I have no problem to ask them carry pizza to me table. They offer help multiple times when they saw me busy with my baby. My kids never had no problem to ask extra dipping sauces. Front desk always polite when we walked in.

Third, the price is cheap when you enrolled their membership. I have three boys the oldest is 11 and youngest is less than 2 years. Finding a place to fit all three of them are very hard and expensive. I paid less than $40 for four people per month plus additional $20 for food each visit. I was spending $120-150 per month at Urban Air compare to no Surrender $230-$260 per month without food purchase.

When you have a lot of kids, budget is also a consideration so far I haven’t find any other places has better deals.

Last, I have to say they are under staffed in the playground. Normally you will see two-three employees walking around the playground. Kids can be rough. My two older boys 11 and 9 never had issue. They always make friends to play every visit. I alway company my baby. My recommendation is don’t leave your child who is under 6 alone. No matter if it’s boy or girl. They are not bully, it’s just the kids play tough and fight for their territory or toys such as balls. This is public play area. Not a babysitting facility. Unhappy things do happened but it’s not manger/owner to keep your child safe from other tough child. They can break the fight when they see it, but they can’t do too much unless it’s repeat behavior and cause other issues like more complaints to one child or...

My experience was inside the park on a nice sunny day, i was in desperate need of help with my 2 special needs sons when Jasmine came and helped me. She helped me find the restrooms, and certain areas where my sons could unwind their autism. When my son got stuck in the foam pit jasmine saved the day not only by saving my sons life but reminding them the safety steps and protocols for certain events. She then befriended them allowing them to feel more comfortable around her. It was almost as if they were normal, Jasmine made them feel special, even more special than they already are. Even though we've only been with her for a few hours she has made sure to impact my children's lives. Allowing us to see their is still hope in humanity, God bless her sweet heart. She's the kindest worker their in my opinion, she made my experience 10x better just by her beautiful presents and her open heart. I'm thankful for the opportunity she's given me and my sons. Next time we come we will be sure to give our warmest welcomes to jasmine if we see her again. please give her a raise, these poor children don't get paid enough. If anyone sees this review definitely make sure to stop by at urban air and enjoy ur experience it is truly heart warming and a blast...

I never thought I would write a bad review.. first off this was for my sons 7th birthday we purchased the ultimate birthday package. Which by the way came out to nearly 500 dollars. Only to find the room without the food ready had to ask for water and plates and utensils. And the whole process to get the waviers and wrist bands took 30min! For what.. for my kids to only jump for 30 min then eat and then jump for 15 more minutes. We were told that the kids were able to jump after the 2 hour rental room that we would have to sit outside the room area which was fine. However to find out they were lying and were trying to charge me more money after I confirmed twice during the process of the booking!! The manager wouldn't even speak with us! And I was not going to make a scene on my sons birthday! A waste of money just for them to take up most of the time with the waviers and socks and bands and not even to have ample time to eat. I couldn't even have him enjoy his cake he didn't get to eat that melted and not to be able to open his presents. I will not be returning to this facility. I'll take my business elsewhere. If I could give 0...
