First all don’t even want to give one star! I would give negative 5 stars if I could. But it requires at least one start to post review. Tried calling multiple times could never get an actually person on the phone so I called the local mattress firm in my city and before they even shipped the items that I wanted to cancel them no longer wanted and they said they would and notify warehouse and then they still never canceled like they said and the crap was delivered today and want to start charging me. So I was pissed to say the least because they failed to do one job and then deliver still. So now have to schedule for them to come back and pick up the items and one still on the way they said they canceled but I’ve heard that before. So I trying to stop the financing company to let them know the situation and not schedule my auto payment because they have my bank info. All I know is I better not get charged and they better pick it up at time. Furthermore I had told them I had moved last minute and had provided new address and they still shipped and believed to old address than god old roommates notified me of the delivery today and yet had to make another phone call the a return since they didn’t do the first job of canceling before shipping. So a minimum I am very disappointed and unhappy with mattress firm incompetent customer service and failure to do the job and request correctly. So of course they can’t pick up any items delivered to old residence any in the next few days. Be a week before that happens then still get it processed as returned in warehouse and I just know they best not charge me in this entire process as they are the delivery didn’t get canceled after reassuring me it would stop the delivery and be returned to warehouse. I think I’m going to call my bank and notify them that I don’t permit authorization of any payments just in case that they fail at processing in timely manner before payment is due. Then can do whatever the hell they want since they fail at simple task like canceling and order like they said after multiple attempts of the request and numerous phone calls because after the cancellation I receive email that it was shipped and I told them better stop it not even at that address promised they would do that too. Another fail! Said would be relieved on Monday yet it’s delivered today 3 days later and that it’s unclear what happened with this situation. Maybe figure it out so it don’t happen to anybody else that tries to cancel. So many mishaps. Hours on phone. Time consuming efforts that failed still. Inept people. Don’t depend on competent customer service with them for corporate and second at the Hanford store in California. Both failed in processing and stopping the order...

From day one when we picked out our mattress I thought everything was going to be smooth. -Matress and Adjustable base were delivered on time as promised. Adjustable base had to be replaced because it quit working 2 days after delivery. New adjustable base delivery shows up as schedule and while one delivery person puts it together, the second delivery person disappears into my bathroom for 35 minutes. Keep in mind, this is during the COVID pandemic and neither are wearing masks. -First mattress isn’t working out for my wife and I, so we pick out a different brand and the store complies with the 120 day trial policy. second mattress delivery shows up on time but they refuse to take original mattress because they said it had a smudge on it. So we don’t take delivery of new mattress. Try to call the store to resolve the issue but it opens 45 minutes late and we can’t. Have to end up speaking to a “temp” employee that came to open the store. I ask to speak to a manager and the manager declines to speak to me...instead he lets his poor employee take the “shot gun blast” of me screaming in frustration. Eventually (2 days later) the manager calls me to say “we are going to take the old mattress and deliver the new one”. Never apologizes for anything!!! (Arrogance at its finest, like he did me a favor). -New mattress delivered 1 week later, old mattress hauled off. Check my statement last night and the original base was supposed to be free with purchase, and they ended up charging me for it. Called store to resolve issues about base and they said “well maybe you were confused when you made the purchase?”. Thanks for insulting me!!! On top of missing time off from work while I sit and wait on the delivery window 4 times. Money lost!!

Read moreBuyer Beware! Unfortunately I have had to modify the review I posted previously and downgrade the rating of this business. The mattress I bought from them became unusable. About 8 months after the mattress was delivered it started to visibly sag. I began to wake up in the morning with a back ache. The back ache gradually got worse, and I began to realize it was being caused by the mattress. I spoke to Paris about the issue. He said he would help me upload my photos to file a warranty claim. When I returned to the store a few days later there was a female store clerk. I explained the problem to the her and showed her photos of the mattress. She didn't seem very interested in helping me. When I got frustrated she immediately told me to leave the store. I tried to talk to her further, but she just kept saying in a mocking tone: Goodbye Goodbye Goodbye. I have never been treated so rudely in any other place of business. I asked her for her name as I was going out the door, but she wouldn't tell me. Not a very professional way to handle a frustrated customer. I spent $1000 on a mattress that was warranted for 10 years, so naturally I was frustrated. My conclusion is that this place of business is perfectly happy to sell you a mattress but isn't interested in helping a dissatisfied customer replace a defective product. They initially denied my warranty claim. I had to threaten to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and a lawsuit before they ultimately refunded my money. It was a trying ordeal to finally get a fair resolution. I found out the clerk that didn't want to be named is Sarah. She was very rude and not a good representative of this place of business.
