EDIT: Today, April 25, 2024, Christina, the Hanover Store owner, reached out to me about this matter. She apologized for the problems, and she made a generous offer to resolve this matter to my complete satisfaction. Although the issues should not have occurred, customer service changed my perception from a 2 star review to a 5 star review. Thank you. On April 17, 2024, I purchased a TORO 54IN HAVOC TIMECUTTER MYRIDE, SKU# 2340082 for $4,663.99. This is a major purchase for me, and likely one of the most expensive products that Tractor Supply sells. I decided to check it over before using it, and I am disappointed in Tractor Supply.  This is all minor stuff, but when I spend close to $5,000 on a lawn mower, I expect a little better.  I went through the initial setup list in the Owner's manual to see if it was prepared properly after finding the first two issues. 1) A tire valve stem cap is missing. 2) The rear tire pressures were 11 and 19 PSI instead of 22. The front were within 1 pound of 13, the specified pressure. 3) The anti-scalp rollers were not set at 3" as specified in the checklist. They were at the lowest setting at 1.5". 4) The deck height was at max, not 3" as specified.  This is just a quick adjustment, and to be fair, could have been changed by the delivery person. 5) The suspension setting was not set in the middle, although this is just a lever adjustment. 6) The deck was not leveled. It was 1/2" off, side to side. To level it, Toro requires the use of (4) blocks that are made a specific size. I must fabricate them to level the deck as per the owner's manual. 7) The worst, to me, is that the mower is filthy - covered in a layer of dirt (dust), probably from sitting outside. The only items I can confirm were done was the application of safety labels (that were likely applied at the factory) and the front wheels were greased. I must now, on a brand new mower, level the deck, check/torque all the bolts, hoses, and fittings, but why should I have to?  I am on the fence about washing it so I can apply a protective layer of wax, but it would have been nice to get my $4,664 lawn mower looking shiny and new so I did not have to. I guess it's my fault for buying from Tractor Supply instead of from a local dealer, but no dealers within 50 miles had any of the 3 models I wanted.  I just feel disappointed and let down over these minor issues.  Attention to detail makes the difference between a good, and a bad experience. I contacted Tractor Supply's "Customer Solutions" number, and sent them about 6 emails with photos (attached to this review), and their only response was that the Hanover store would contact me about this. It has been 3 business days, and they have not contacted me. They did not even offer to replace the missing valve stem cap, which I guess I'll have to buy, now. Certainly no Customer Solutions were provided or offered. I suggest you do not purchase any expensive products, ESPECIALLY mowers, from Tractor supply. The don't seem to care about anything other than making the sale.

Tractor supply is always fantastic! Very helpful. Great customer service. Great prices. Nice selection of products. Took care of us when the original kayak leaked and replaced it without hassle!

My purpose was dog food. The mission was clear. Time was limited. It was an "in-and-out" job. The boss didn't want complaints, excuses, or delay.

The plan went sideways almost immediately. I stopped to look at wood chippers. A store associate came and asked if I needed assistance. I didn't; I had a purpose. I moved on. Delay averted.

Did you know they carry fairly large air compressors? I didn't. I stopped with furrowed brow. This was clearly not part of the mission, but I deemed it necessary to investigate. I waved off help. Thanks, but I have a goal.

I stopped at wheels and tires, tractor parts I had no use for, hydraulic parts aplenty, and finally truck toolboxes. It was pretty clear that I was going broken arrow - dog food be damned.

Against my inclination to continue browsing for items that weren't on my list, I gathered my meager, remaining will power and trudged on. No less than two additional associates made themselves available from my time at the wood chipper until my arrival at the pet section.

I grabbed the bag. I made for the check out and was predictably meet with more helpful associates than required for the transaction.

7/7 with rice. Would shop again. Or browse.

TL;DR - Tractor Supply had more helpful and available associates engaging with shoppers than a big box home improvement store with 6 times the...

Experienced the worst customer service I have ever had at this store. The app said an item was in stock, but I couldn't find it anywhere. There was no one around to ask, so I went to the customer service/checkout area. I asked the cashier (who had no other customers) if it would be possible for her to check the system to see if the item was in stock and I just missed it. She literally replied "What makes you think I can do that?" I laughed it off as I thought she was joking. But apparently she wasn't. She continued to complain, huff, and make rude comments throughout our short interaction. She did attempt to call a co-worker to come assist and apparently they refused. So I left and am not planning to return. It's not a big deal if the item wasn't in stock, I just wanted to double check since I had gone all the way there for it. I reached out to TSC through their website to share this. It said I would be contacted within 2 days, but it's been over a week and I've heard nothing. So I will be spending my...
