Im not sure what has happened in past few weeks but my daughter and I come almost every morning for breakfast through the drive thru, and usually the service is wonderful. Lately, I’ve received awful customer service and the incorrect order multiple times. I got to the window last week and was told that my chicken biscuit was rang up as a bacon egg and cheese muffin, but that they would give me the right sandwich. I waited 8mins for one single chicken biscuit. Should’ve just taken the bacon egg and cheese muffin at that point because my other food got cold. 😬The staff is clearly overwhelmed with the workload and they seem like they don’t know what to do in the morning. When I went to complain about my wait, the girl said she would get her supervisor but that he was in the back helping the kitchen. I was NOT going to wait again so I left. Also my daughter tried calling the store to speak with a manager an hour later but the phone rang 3 times and no one answered. The negative attitudes and constant mess ups has made me question if I want to continue spending my money here, it’s already expensive and I expect better service for the price of the food. I understand a few times being wrong because people make mistakes, but the service from morningstaff has been slow and rude almost every time I’ve been there in past 3 weeks. Would really schedule different people or a new lead in the morning if this was my store as they clearly can’t handle it, both in the kitchen and drive thru window. Read moreLook, I know I gave this Chick-fil-a a five star rating but hear me out. Chick-fil-a usually does a top notch job on food and service but this go-round i was a little disappointed. As usual the fiance and I get in line for the drive-through. We order our salads, our dog whines a little bit, the girl in the drive through laughs and everybody has a good time. We get to the window after hearing my pleasure for the 10 millionth time (dont ask how many times I visit the chicken gods). They hand us our order and say...you guessed it... my pleasure! We drive off and my fiance asks to get the straw for our drink. I search around frantically (you dont mess with a woman when she asks for the straw, I know from experience). I search the bag, the floor, under the drink, hell I even interrogated the dog (I still think she's holding out on me) but no straw could be found.
Only thing I can assume is Chick-fil-a forgot the straw. Never in my life have I seen such poor service. Nevermind, there were 100 cars in line and it only took 1.14 minutes to get our food or the fact that everyone was polite and friendly. They forgot the plastic tubular device in which to sip my favorite liquids. To me, that is unacceptable. I wanted to give a 1 star rating but my conscious won't let me.

Read moreTerrible. I have been to dozens of Chick-Fil-A locations in Texas, Tennessee, Pennsylvania, even Delaware and never ever had a bad meal at one until today. There was no sugar in the lemonade. When I asked for a replacement, they tried to get lemonade from the drive thru. The ratio of sugar to lemon was way off but at least it had a little sugar. I asked to trade it for Dr Pepper as I could see our food being delivered to the table. I get to the table.....the Dr Pepper was watery, lacked soda syrup, and lacked carbonation. How is it I tried three times to get a drink and all three times met with disaster???!! Then my mom's chicken sandwich had a piece of gristle and had double the breading it should have had, which held more grease and was too greasy for her to consume. This place needs training. I wont be back. I would have argued for a partial refund but my senior citizen mom told me I had to let it go. But I cant so here is my Google Review. Avoid this Chick...
