Ssalefish Comics Concord — Attraction in Harrisburg

Yesterday 01-10-21 I went outta my way to stop at this store to look for some comic's. First off the gentleman that was working was more concerned about texting on his cell phone then helping customer's and when I asked a question it felt like it was a problem or o bothered him then his response was rude and smart aleck I asked about a comic that Thanos gets the part of the universe to which he replied I haven't read all the comics in the store I have never been to a comic book store where you ask a question and the representatives don't do all they can to try and help you or even to Google it and help you locate what you're looking for then I was told to come back and speak to the manager and he will order it for me if I find it well I took 20 seconds and googled it and found that it is marvel v end which is a six issue comicI guess he feels as if though they have enough business already and don't need mine after I looked it up I asked if it would be filed under m for marvel or t for the end to which he replied I don't know go look I did however purchase two comics secret wars one through nine and infinity war aftermath because I could not find these trade books at any other comic book store however they will never get any more of my business and if it wasn't for me being able to locate those comics anywhere else I wouldn't have bought them I could have ordered them offline a lot easier but I believe in supporting the local store even though you pay more for them but I will not support this store if you can't help me locate what I'm looking for and give me smart remarks and tell me to come back another day and see the manager and ask him then I'll continue going to heroes aren't hard to find were they due help their customers and it's sad because they had quite a few other trade books which I collect that I couldn't find at other comic book stores but I will have to order them offline because I would hate to have to bother him again and I guess ask a stupid question God forbid that he has to put his phone down to help a customer they had a good supply of trade books that I was interested in like old Man wolverine they had the hardback which I'm looking for and a predator trade book that I would like to read my advice is if you're not an everyday comic book reader and you're really not sure what you're looking for stay away from this place because they're not going to help and you are bothersome to them or stupid to...

Tiny store but fair amount of comics and funko pops. I came for pokemon cards and they def had newer ones for my bf’s kiddos. They had a small selection of individual “older” ones that were pretty beat up but I still bought one because I didn’t have it. As soon as i walked outside I immediately realized something was wrong with it. It’s siding had what appeared to be an additional edge line. I asked for a refund and he said it was a misprint and could only offer for me to get another $5 card. I initially said to just keep it but ultimately chose another random card so I didn’t waste $5. That particular card only had one known misprint and it wasn’t that. I wish I had noticed before I paid but i’m surprised a comicshop wouldn’t notate that somewhere. Hardly a comic book store. They'd rather sell some cheap toys. Took $250+ worth of comic books in just to get information on them. I already knew the values, and did NOT want to or offer to sell them. I'm told to wait around while the employee takes pictures and sends them to the owner and gets a reply. The employee finally tells me his boss replied and said he wouldn't be interested.
