Suburban Extended Stay — Hotel in Concord

well lets see, i woke up the first morning and my 3 month old had ants all over him and so did i. there was no food around, but never the less the first thing said was, did he drink something sweet before bed? not omg how can i fix it, that was second tho. they changed my room. we'd been there a few days when we went to the pool then learned it was shut down and we coulda stayed 10 blocks down where there wasnt a pool for 100 dollars less! to make matters worse, and this is why ill never stay again, they took 76 out of my account with out telling me, then the day i left they took 260 out...and no one would tell me where it went or what happened to it. my card company took care of it but the lady at the extended stay, while nice enough to help me move rooms, fought with me about the issue. see after the money was taken i had 100 dollars to my name and was told it'd take 2 weeks to come back on my card. that is ridiculous! first of all, the customer is ALWAYS right, if u don't think so send me to someone who does! This hotel is absolutely NASTY!!!! Trashcan over flowing trash food and crums litter the hallway I almost lost my shoes in the elevator due to the sticky floor this is all before I got to the room. Upon entering the room the stench was unbelievable!!!!! !!!!one of those real Nostril singer's it must have ben coming from the rotting FOOD in the A/C vent the bathroom was covered in soap scum from not being wiped EVER the carpet was sticky !!! This place is hotel HELL!!!! Management should be fired along with the cleaning crew if they keep there home as nasty as they do this hotel room God can only imagine the filth these worker's live in. Arrived 10pm, using stairway to 3rd floor lady sitting on floor smoking like a locomotive. Throughout facility heavily perfumed with cigarette smoke. Arrived at assigned room, the cigarette stench in our room was as if someone had just vacated it upon our arrival. Housekeeping staff apparently here for just a check, no pride in their work. Room was dirty, grease all over refrigerator, stove filthy with burner units full of burned food. Microwave hideous. The room doesnt appear to have been vaccumed in gosh knows when, as there are clothing tag ties on floor from someone else.Thank heaven, I travel with my own personal cleaning supplies. AC is a joke.
