Tonight was the absolute worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant in my entire life. I placed a simple call in order to the restaurant that was taken by according to the receipt by some one with the name Wilson who did not find it necessary to listen. He proceeded to get what was traditional wings and boneless backwards he gave me parmigiana garlic instead of spicy garlic and forgot all of my extra sauces on the side. It was a simple order so I did not feel it necessary to check the work of this employee before I left the restaurant and open everything box when there was around 12 boxes in the bag. When I arrived 8 minutes later at my destination and realized the mistake I called the restaurant to complain and see what I could do to resolve the situation. This is where in my 15 years of restaurant and retail work I became part of truly the worst customer experience I could imagine. When I called to complain the young man who was the same young man that answered the phone heard I wanted to complain about my incorrect order simple hung up on me after I explained the situation. I didn’t not ask for free services or food just wanted to correct my order. After this interaction I called back and asked for a manager at this point who I explained the situation too who then proceeded to get angry, raise his voice and hang up on me after I said I wanted to speak to there general manager to file a formal complaint for being hung up on trying to get what I paid for. At this point I called again and spoke to Scott Tate who proceeded to do the same thing after asking for the manager who hung up on me and his name so I could file a corporate complaint. After the second manager proceeded to try to obfuscate and deny the incorrectness of my order I arrived at the restaurant to have my order rectified. When walking in the young man who I have come to identify as Wilson seeing as he was the only person taking call in orders takes the wings back to replace them. What they did next was truly laughable they wasted 18 parmigiana garlic traditional wings trying to get 6 boneless spicy garlic wings correct. It took them 4 tries to get it right. They brought me back the same box of parmigiana Garlic wings 2 times after I brought them back the first time. This is where it takes a left turn as they bring me them the 2nd time after I arrived back for the corrections and it was wrong again they tried to tell me they would not fix it again and threatened to call the police if I did not take my wings, leave, and be happy they did anything at all. I responded with please call them I will wait. At this point the Scott Tate comes round the corner from their expo line looks at me says “you didn’t say boneless” to which i said you have to be kidding followed by me holding the wings out. At this point I guess he realizes he was not going to get away with failing to rectify the situation at which he walked away and 30 seconds later returned with the proper wings. As a 15 year veteran of customer service I have never seen service as truly deplorable as this I have been cussed, harassed, and my life threatened working customer service but never once have I tried to blame a customer for my continued mismanagement or mistakes. I have called corporate filled a complaint and have done the same with the better business bureau. My one request as a loyal customer that will never spend another dime and will tell every soul I can about the deplorable customer service are never allowed to serve another customer...
Read moreThis was only my second time eating at BWW (first time I was lit and barley remember) Ordered it to go 15 wings and brisket tacos with fries and 2 order of carrots and celery paid and was told it would 15 minutes I was standing 5 feet from the pick up station getting email caught up. I lost track of time thought it's been at least 20 minutes pulled my receipt it had been 45 min I told the kid greeting people at the door( who was less than 5 feet from me ) He asked my name.and went straight to my order sitting on a counter. (I was upset bc the reason I got to go was I had to be at work at 4am and it was @ 7:30 ) I told him it better be hot he assured me it was. I got the car and checked the order it was missing my fries and veggies so I went in to get them he grabbed my veggies from the fridge up front and went out of my sight not 30 seconds later returned with the fries the box felt warm so I figured they must have been freshly made, got in the car went across the street to my hotel fries and veggies on top opened the box of fries and they were stone cold (shrugged it off) pulled the tacos out of the bag then the wings stuck my hand under the box (felt soft but didn't really realize what that meant fast enough) pull the bag off and the bottom of the box (AND MY WINGS) fell to the floor the 5 second rule doesn't apply when you're in a hotel so they were garbage I am furious at this point I wanted to call them and b!÷
Read moreOn the evening of July 2, 2019 I placed a takeout order online. One of the things I ordered was a large bone-in wing split into 3 flavors. I had my husband pick up the order on his way home, a half hour away. I highly recommend, if you do decide to order, even after reading this review, triple check your food before you leave. My husband had been working in the heat all day and was ready to be home and did not realize I would have three boxes instead of two because I typically get a smaller order and only two sauces. Out of the 18 bone-in wings, we were only given 12. I called and requested a refund, and after speaking with the manager, I was told my final total would be discounted due to the error. After a few days, I checked my statement to find that I was never credited for those wings I did not receive. I sent a message on the website requesting assistance, and it has been over a week with NO response. I WILL NEVER EAT THERE AGAIN! Besides the fact that they STOLE my money, I requested all of our wings to be extra wet. Mine were barely covered, and my husband's barely had sauce at all. The bone-in wings that I did receive were dry and a little chewy like they had been cooked too long. Also, I was missing one of the extra dressings we ordered.
