Stem Haverhill Dispensary — Attraction in Haverhill

I’ve been here two times. I am actually a medical patient, tho they don’t even offer medical patient services here, which is why I was originals nervous coming to go here in the first place. However.... I was pleasantly surprised with, not only the options for flower, cartridges, edibles, etc, but the customer service as well! This is the most convenient dispensary to me, so I come here if I’m feeling a little lazy and don’t want to troop it to Lowell. At my last visit, this past Monday, I bought a disposable vape pen. It was different than the one I got at my first visit, as it had a port for a charger and needed a charge before using. Unfortunately, I charged it up and when removing charging cord from vape, then entire product fell apart, wires and all. It was bizarre. When I called them, to let them know about my broken vape, they were more than happy to take care of me, and told me to bring it in and a manager will make sure I’m taken care of. This is why I am giving them 5 stars. Pretty sure (tho not positive) that medical dispensaries wouldn’t be as willing to replace my vape, if same thing happened w a product I got there. Typically, dispensary policies are, no refunds, so I was very happy to hear that they were going to taken care of me for the defective vape pen I got. Btw I Want to be clear that I’m pretty sure my vape broke as a one off, freak accident type of thing. Don’t expect broken or defected product, from reading this review, bc that’s not my point. Their products are great. My point is how willing they were to compensate me for this freak vape ordeal. It is much appreciated. If u live in area, I highly recommend checking them out! Good bud for a price. 3.5g for $50 or $55 depending on the grower. I saw another reviewer going on about ATG in Amesbury/Salisbury having eighths for $47, but the quality is no where near as good as the product that Stem carries. I tried 5 or 6 varieties from ATG and none were any better than what I can get on the street. He suggested driving to Maine to save a few bucks, but with gas, toll, and time spent I don't see how that would be worth it when Stem is so close.

Stem couldn't be easier. The appointment system means you're not waiting in line. I've been in and out within 10 minutes every time I've been there, and I've found a parking spot directly across the street every time as well. I've waited in lines 10-15 minutes at other places in the area, and that's on top of having to drive 15-20 minutes to get there. If you live in Haverhill the convenience of Stem can't be beat.

The people here are super friendly. They accept cash or debit, but be warned that the debit is more like using an ATM. You have to charge in $20 increments, they will give you change for the amount over your purchase, but there is an ATM fee. To make it easier and cheaper just bring cash.

I can't really review product, because they don't grow their own, but they've done an excellent job at selecting a wide range of quality bud. I stick to mostly Indica, and they have a few strains that will knock your lights out. My favorites so far have been Black Jack and Tahoe OG. About to stop by today to pick up 1g of Moon Rocks.
