I had an amazing experience with E Sea Diver during my time with them during the Waikiki fireworks show. From the moment my friends and I arrived at the dock, we were warmly greeted by the staff. It was lightly raining when I got there, but the woman at the front desk immediately noticed and provided me with an umbrella, which I thought was a really nice gesture. Once we boarded the boat, we were directed to our seats where the employees delivered a concise and comprehensive safety briefing. Max was the employee in charge of the briefing that my friends and I were given, and he was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout the entire experience. The highlight of the trip was undoubtedly the beautiful view of the island and the sunset. It was a unique perspective that you really can't witness from the shore. The boat paused only briefly to allow us to enjoy the fireworks show back on the shore, which took place around 7:45-8:00. The view we had during the display was gorgeous, and my friends were able to take really great photos. We returned to the dock fifteen minutes after the fireworks ended. Disappointing about the Whales Watching Tour, not professionnal about Whales.

We had a whales watching tour on the 28th December and we were very disappointed. Despite the crew is friendly they are not whales tour spezialized. The boat is a multi purpose boat with a lot of activities (trampoline, snorkeling gears,...) and I think the crew do the whales just for the extra money. They don't know how to look for the whales. After 1h searching for whales, another boat told us where to go thanks the two way. When we arrived at the spot, we stay exactly 1min30s and saw briefly a whale. As soon as we saw one we turned back. It's like the crew did that to not reschulde us a tour if we don't see whales. We arrived back on time to the harbor at 9.30am and the next tour didn't leave before 10.00am. So if the crew cared about the customers, we would have stay 5 or 10min more at the stop, it wouldn't change anything for the crew but a lot for customers ! We felt like just a wallet on board. We did a lot of whales tour in South Africa, Canada and Australia and by far this was the worst one. I wouldn't recommend...
