Kūhiō Kalaniana'ole Park — Attraction in Hawaii

This park was named in honor of Jonah Kuhio Kalanianaole who was the prince of the Kingdom of Hawaii until it was overthrown by a coalition of American/European interests in 1893. Quiet and secluded, it is truly a hidden gem. And because it is located just minutes from Hilo's best restaurants and even has some tasty food trucks next to it's parking lot, it is an ideal spot to enjoy lunch.
