Michaels — Attraction in Hawthorne

I’m not sure if this is a company wide problem but I ordered a couple of items for in store pick up today at Michaels and it was more difficult than it needed to be entirely. One of the items for my order the store did not have so I picked something to exchange it for and I was told by the manager that the employees could be terminated for simply changing an item . I was not notified at all that the item was not available at this store and the transaction was processed with no receipt. I also had to pick up 2 out of my 5 small items which basically defeats the purpose of pick up. The whole experience was really dismissive and I’ve worked in store pick up before So I’m not sure why Michaels doesn’t Have a better system for in store pick up in 2021.I’m just not understanding why my order had to be cancelled after it was already paid for and Why the system online couldn’t simply tell me that the item...

3 for 10 Candles (17oz)!!! I was like okay lemme pull up right quick. I’m totally kidding. Okay, let’s be serious now.

⭐️ They do same day pick up (if ordered before 5pm)

⭐️ They got wicks for candles.

⭐️ Parking is never an issue.

⭐️ The staff members are hot. At least the one who checked out my order.

⭐️ THEIR BAMBOO CANDLE IS ORGASMIC.

Little did I know that my shopping addiction at Michael's would turn into a business or better yet a brand. I can't even begin to pontificate. I just wanna thank the team here at Michael's for all their help. Their marketing team that I don't see (but I see y'all) keep it up. No problems here...

I would say it's okay some of the employees on the floor are nice and the cashiers at Torrance Michael's are RUDE they do not smile they look miserable you ask them something within there store and they tell you with a attitude talk to a manger they care less if you had a problem or just a great thing to say about there employee on the floor . they act like they do not want to help you it's the same in Hawthorne too they treat you like your lieing to them about prices from one Michael's store to another they DO NOT Honnor prices from store to store .I think of all the years I been going to Michael's I have gotten 1 Amazing Cashier 💕 at Hawthorne Michael's and she helped my family and I out with our Christmas Tree in...
