Wok Wok Express — Restaurant in Hawthorne

Food tasted ok, but service was bad. Food tasted ok, better than typical "combo plate" place, but more pricier (typically they are around $7, but this place was $9). They also charge 3% processing fee for credit card/atm transaction. I undertand the charge, but feel like they only concern about money for I asked for cup of water, but they said I have to buy the bottled water (unlike other Chinese fastfood combo place. Not sure if they were tired, but two old ladies at counter, wasn't friendly at all. Felt like they were about to yell at you. I dined inside, and the place was dirty (table was all sticky) and their food container box was on some of the chair/table. Their fried rice was bad, but chowmain was good. Sriracha was brownish (I think mixed up with something to save money?). There was only one bottle of chilli sauce (3 brown Sriracha bottles), and before I tried to grab it, someone grabbed, and I had to wait turn until it went around from one person to others. I don't think I would ever dine in there again. ...

The old Asian ladies that work here nasty attitudes poor customer service the food is good but that's about it the only reason I come here is because it's really close to my house do I recommend this place to it friends with family definitely not I'm leaving this review and I know a lot of people are gonna read it and they won't come because my reviews are greatly appreciated I'm known for my release on Google Customer service horrible nasty people that work here the owner is a young Asian guy I've seen him come looks educated and if he is what I think he is by just looking at him he should very much switch these ladies out that work here they are bad and bad...

Have eaten here plenty of times but don’t really order won ton soups. I did for the first time and had the worst , and nastiest experience! I ordered a wonton soup which came with chicken ,veggies and shrimp. I had a few full spoonfuls until I noticed a black little thing floating. I spooned it out and realized it was a fly, I looked at the lid and noticed another fly . I then got paranoid and started looking for more which ended up finding a total of 5 flies!! They probably don’t keep a lid on their pots or as they are cooking the flies just land in the soup. Hence they have a fly issue in their kitchen. That completely disgusted me and will never come...
