Recently my girlfriend and I came to shop due to her having to find product for her business she found what she needed so we just walked around the store shopping we came upon open product that was tampered by guest the items were stamps and ink for the stamps so my girlfriend and I decided we wanted to stamp our hands soon after an employee working by the ribbon section approaches us asking if we need help we kindly declined her offer and she saw us with the ink stamp although it did look bad she said “you guys shouldnt be opening and messing with product” we tried explaining that the product was already tampered with and tried showing her aswell we understood it looked bad but we tried to kindly explain the situation she then says “are you guys gonna pay for it” ignoring the fact that we trued explaining to her that it was already tampered with by guests I then said “no we are not we didnt open the productvit was already opened” she then said “get all your things and go to the counter and pay” we listen and walk to the counter and wait in line to pay on our way to the counter we hear in the intercom some code words she was saying assuming it was for us but i didnt think much of it then while in line the manager offers to assist us to pay next we kindly accept and go to the next register following her while paying the employee that confronted us about the situation comes around the counter with the tampered product telling telling the manager if she will make us pay because we opened and messed with the product I cut her off then saying we will not be paying for that because it wasnt us who opened up the items we found it messed with and we were gonna stamp out hands with it only because the product was already messed with we would never open product to mess with it she quickly tell the manager that they have camera footage of us opening the items which my girlfriend and I know was a lie because we didnt open it the manager then tried to get us in trouble for it and I said to the employee check the camera you will see we didnt open it she stayed quiet then the manager bumps in and I rudly explained i dont want to hear it because im annoyed of being falsely accused of tampering with items she then rings us up and says we are no longer welcome to the store would never come...
Read moreMy first time visiting this store was yesterday and my expectations were high because of what friends gave mentioned about this being better than michaels craft store but my experience didn’t go as well as I would have wanted . 3 stars do go to the amount of beautiful decor and inventory available but customer service really needs to get better ! I asked an employee which I didn’t get her name but she was a Caucasian lady with glasses , as soon as I approached her to ask a question she sighed like she was upset I was asking her a question and was really showing a nasty attitude! Another bad thing I noticed was that the lines were so long because they only had 2 cashiers working so we were all forced to stand close by and no one was monitoring the social distancing of 6 ft apart. This concerns me because it has alot to say about the credibility of the store and how they are running it . Read moreUnpleasant African American woman at the cashier, I think she was a CSR Supervisor? Ive never had a issue until this morning, when I visited with my 9m old pup. As we were otw out and my pup smelled the floor near her foot while passing by for seconds ... she turns to me and tells me "IM NOT A PET PERSON" in a rude tone all while being on the phone. I was surprised as I did not expect that! I responded "`I understand, but also I didn't ask you" and she kept telling me what I should do with my dog... and to have her idk how many inches close to me. JOKE! I had my pet on a leash, wasn't aware I needed to have her on an ankle bracelet. By this point I was so upset because this was unnecessary!!! I did pass the feedback to Luisa the store manager, because like I mentioned to her. As far as I know this store is a PET FRIENDLY store in which she agreed.
