Amigo Donut — Restaurant in Hawthorne

We stopped in here because we were in the mood for donuts, but I was surprised to see a lot of lunch options, too. We purchased waaaaay too many donut holes, and decided to try a couple sandwiches.

We ordered the sausage and egg breakfast sandwich (hey, we're allowed to have breakfast whenever we want!) and the submarine sandwich on a croissant. The breakfast sandwich was really good, but the submarine on the croissant blew me away. It's by far my favorite sandwich ANYWHERE, no exception. The veggies are crisp, the croissants are really soft with just enough chewiness, and we meats and cheeses are delicious.

If you're in the mood for a quick lunch and don't mind the temptation of tons of delicious sweets, definitely give Amigo...

Came in here at 4am to get coffee and to my surprise found a dead roach inside my coffee floating I immediately advised the Asian guy and he looked at me like if I was lying with my fingers a dipped in and grabbed the roach to show him, I looked at him Like wTHeck I told him he needs to dump out that coffee...Never again coming back guy had a attitude about it Horrible experience.
