Pawn 1 Hayden Lake — Attraction in Hayden

Easy to get ripped off here. Some of their used pawn shop prices were the same as brand new prices online or even more. Everything I remember looking at was cheaper online. It didn’t surprise me they have a huge amount of guitars here because everything is overpriced. Yamaha TRBX200 @ Guitar Center $299, from this store $349. Ibanez PS60 $399 new free shipping from Guitar Center with warranty, same price here used and worn. Ovation 1778TX online $360, here in this pawn shop $499. Basically stuff is overpriced majorly and after 4 or 5 months it drops down to a little bit overpriced. Either get ripped off a lot or if you catch the bottom of the price pay more than you would online. Either way you’re better shopping elsewhere.

I always approached politely but the “guitar guy” employee seemed like a jerk with an ego to me. I didn’t want to talk to him anymore after a couple short interactions. After he left the employees made a lot of comments like when another store called them the employee exclaimed “I want to go work there! They seem so nice! (As apposed to this store).” Also they talked to each other about how that employee who wasn’t there was lame and often a jerk, they did impressions of them telling them they’re not funny and how that employee dragged down with bad attitude frequently but they had to put up with it. Basically it seemed like worse than working with Squidward.

I also saw that if you pawn stuff here they’ll try to hauk it online. Some of the inventory they don’t even allow locals to buy but online people from other places can buy online only. They don’t care about you. Come here and you’ll likely be ripped off from overpriced items or have your day worse from dark...

I’ve had a lot of great customer experiences over the phone and pretty much thought. It couldn’t get any better but today I receive stellar service when I decided to go with and purchase with Pawn one Austin was absolutely amazing very helpful very intuitive and very sharp and his customer service his enthusiasm Made Buying all the more special Josh I thank you for your kindness. I thank you for your help and appreciate doing business with both of you gentlemen and look to do business even more, especially considering I don’t even live in the state but with stellar service like that why would I go anywhere else especially when you’re only one phone call away I recommend highly recommend them to anyone if you want. It's a pawn shop not unicef, if u want better prices make better choices. The employees are not your personal shopping buddy, it's a PAWN SHOP! Most ppl have a small incling that a pawn shop is more likely a browse impulse buy if some1 didn't hang on your every whim boohooo maybe you needed a new huggy instead of jewelery. Either way I'm gonna guess u think a $1000.00 worth of pawn jewelery entitles you to have the staff wait on you endlessly..it's sickening how now a days any1 with a cell phone minimal intelligence and the respect of a 1st grader thinks when they don't get their way in the time frame "they" want they run to the internet to waaa waaa to the public, sorry to break it to you most ppl who shop at the PAWN SHOP are not A listers, good luck in your me...
